  • Biggest take away from yesterday ☝️
...learned that leadership comes in six styles and most of us are only hitting on about three or four. Whether your working in a positive climate or a negative one— solid leaders are the most valuable part of the organization to maximize efficiency and achieve goals. 
One day, I’m going to develop somebody just how my mentors are with me... built on extremely simple concepts.

  • If I thought it, it must be true, right? Wrong. 
If it’s negative that’s your ego speaking from your beLIEf systems. As the word implies beLIEfs are lies/stories we told ourself. They are based on our *now* out dated programming. Once you become aware of the two voices (ego and higher self) you can start to reprogram your monkey brain aka ego by redirecting your negative thoughts to positive ones. By doing this you are reinforcing a new system more true to your higher self. 
It takes time, remember these beLIEfs are hard wired and your brain won’t be so easy to erase them.. so be gentle with your process. In time you will bridge your ego and higher self to function harmoniously as one in this virtual reality 💗
