またLittle Kids Yogaの次回クラスは29日水曜日の朝11時からHickory Parkです。

もしお子さまがじっと出来ないので、、、
て思っている方がいらっしゃったら、全然大丈夫です🙋✨
Little Kidsたちはなかなかじっと出来ません😂💦

そのため30分のクラスで色々なことをやるので、参加したいときだけ参加してもらって大丈夫です❤

公園でのフリーイベントですので、公園に遊びに行くついでに来てもらってOKです😊✨

  • 🌬MINDFUL BREATHING WITH KIDS 🌬⁣

There are several ways to practice mindful breathing with kids, but the main goal is to help children become aware of slowing down their bodies and noticing their breath.⁣
It is empowering for them to experience that they have this control.⁣
⁣💓⁣
In class we talk about how breath is so important in yoga and how it helps make you stronger, calmer and able to hold the poses longer and more easily.⁣
⁣🧘‍♂️⁣
We also talk about how & why deep breaths help us feel calm outside of yoga too. ⁣
Some examples they can relate to include - if they are feeling silly, hurt, tired, distracted, frustrated, afraid...⁣
✨⁣
As we head into the weekend, keep in mind, your kids truly do enjoy these moments to calm and collect themselves. ⁣
Whether it’s laying down with their hands on their bellies or simply pausing wherever/whatever you’re doing - support your kids (and yourself!) by paying attention to your breath. This can be a game changer for everyone!! 🙌💕🌈

  • Instead of saying “calm down” shouldn’t we be teaching kids how? Legs up the wall coupled with heart and belly breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest+digest)
 More yoga+mindfulness, heart and belly breathing, and grounding practices to help our little ones relax, find their center, and practice just BEING.
