Une recette saine et riche en protéines végétales.

Recette pour 3/4 personnes:
.
🍄350g champignons de Paris frais.
🍄200g champignons shiitake.
🍄1 oignon rouge.
🍄3 gousses d'ail 🍄Une poignée de persil frais.
🍄4 poireaux.
🍄Une CS d'huile de coco ou d'olive.
🍄Quelques feuilles de Laurier sauce.
🍄400g de tofu fumé.
🍄350g de crème soja.
🍄150ml de sauce soja.
🍄Poivre noir.
🍄Des des pâtes ou spaghettis ou du riz en accompagnement..

1) Commencez par couper l'oignon et les poireaux en petits morceaux et les faire dorer dans l'huile de coco, ajoutez les feuilles de Laurier avec.
2) Une fois que tout a bien doré ajoutez les champignons coupés en tranches, la sauce soja, l'ail écrasé, le persil finement coupé et laissez revenir et dorer le tout pendant quelques minutes.
3) Ajoutez le Tofu coupé en dés.
Laissez cuire l'ensemble encore quelques instants puis ajouter la crème soja. 
Laissez cuire et arrêtez la cuisson au bout de 10 min.
4) Cuire vos pâtes comme indiqué sur le paquet.

  • Recently a few people (precisely two 😂) have asked me how I started my insta account / blog. Thought I’d share it here because I never really had a plan and this is just how it worked out. I have NO clue on ‘strategy’, ‘reach’ or any of that technical shiz. When I was on maternity leave with Jude a few years ago I got design withdrawal so I just started styling and posting photos of my house & baby with waffling captions and stories of my menial day-to-day life. It’s never been about the followers for me, my ‘following’ (cringeeee) has been pretty slow and organic but people seem to stick around. Not sure why considering how much I moan 🤣. There’s some analytic thing you can check for engagement / followers but I’ve NEVER checked it. It would make me question things, so I don’t bother. Overthinking is a bitch right? As long as people are interacting and hopefully getting something from it, and it’s serving as a quick portfolio of my work for penitential clients that all I’m here for. Never ever done a paid ad, nothing against them AT ALL (in fact I’m so impressed that people are making a living purely through this, it’s mega) just none that have been authentic enough have come my way and I’ve been focusing on design work. I’d say number one thing I’ve done is just say what i think; yeah there have been a few people slide into my DM’s if I’ve miscommunicated something, but on the whole you guys are bloody awesome and I legit have the best followers. Thanks for putting up with constant typos / swears 😘. No trolls here (oh except ONE who told me that my work was ‘tat’ and was unfollowing. 👋🏼 U ok hun?). But yeah, basically I try to type how I speak. And I’m just realising that probs isn’t a good thing 😬. Oh and thanks for every single comment, like, share, all that stuff.
