Focusing on feeling better and stronger as the weeks go by and honestly taking my time to do it even when I’m just wanting to rush it all, forcing or rushing anything only creates frustration and more set backs in the long run.. taking care of your body, building muscle etc takes SO MUCH MORE TIME than one might like to think, we often start out wanting to see results in 3 months.. TRY 3 years and THEN SOME.... IRONIC how we appreciate our bodies so much more for their function when our health is down, aesthetics immediately take a back seat and then you realise how thankful you really should be when well.. To breathe, to move, to rest, to build strength , to heal, to break down, to carry life, the list goes on... so when you put it like that, it’s a life times responsibility to take care of all that amazingness, not just how potentially great we can make it look🙌 so here’s to TIME & PATIENCE, not TAKING our bodies for granted ....and lots of foam rolling😩 🌟♥️😘🙌♥️💕♥️😇♥️🙏♥️👑🙏♥️💕♥️😘🙏
