  • 💧ÁGUA! Parece tão simples, mas tomar água é uma tarefa complicada para várias pessoas.
Você sabia que quando sentimos sede, já estamos em processo de desidratação? 😰 Por esse motivo, devemos beber água ANTES que isso ocorra, porque  a desidratação pode causar dores de cabeça, falta de concentração e ânimo, sonolência, cãibras, e muitas outras situações desagradáveis. Além disso, quando estamos bem hidratados, nosso corpo funciona de forma eficiente e pode até contribuir para o emagrecimento e outras situações importantes. ➡️ Mas nutri, quanto de água eu devo beber por dia? 🤔
Para descobrir, é só multiplicar 30 pelo seu PESO ATUAL, porque nós precisamos de, em média, 30 ml/kg de peso corporal. Quanto mais peso você tiver, mais água vai precisar! 😉
Eu separei algumas dicas que irão te ajudar a introduzir o hábito de beber água todos os dias:
1.	Coloque alarmes no celular ou instale um App para te lembrar de beber água! ⏰ Hoje existem vários, que inclusive já fazem o cálculo da quantidade ideal e fracionam durante o dia todo. 
2.	Ande SEMPRE com uma garrafa cheia de água ou deixe várias espalhadas pelos cômodos da casa e trabalho! 🏠 
3.	Quando alguém te oferecer água, aceite! É uma oportunidade a mais de se hidratar, sem esforço. 😋

A base for ANY muffin you'd like to make, these guys are where it's at. I threw together Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Walnut, Cranberry and Blueberry muffins with this one batch for some variation... and they all came out perfect!!

Cooking and baking with healthy ingredients does not mean cutting out specific food groups. It simply means making replacements in your list that are of better value to your body. This is where my term "health(ier)" comes in. Is a chocolate chip muffin the best option for a snack? No. But do I want one? Yeah. So will I have a boxed or store bought muffin, OR will I swap my ingredients for a bunch of better ones and feel 10x better eating one of these bad guys? Hell yeah.

Try to never compare yourself to ANYONE because we’re all at different stages of life - you’re chapter 2 could be their chapter 148, you’ll get there soon, I promise x
.
Also social media is extremely deceptive ! No one who appears to live a perfect live will ever show you their daily struggles, even I’ve been told myself that my snaps seem like I live a great life but 99% of the time it’s the opposite 😂which is why I love this account because it’s honest & raw plus none of my friends know so it’s great !
