Happy Monday and happy weigh in day! .
Just a recap over my week ~ I've had an amazing week on plan, I've made new meals and tried to change up my healthy extras everyday (tough). I've worked super hard at the gym to the point my leg muscles are only just slightly recovering from Thursday's class! I enjoyed a friend's party on Saturday where I had vegan pizza for the first time! Yum 😋 I'm not letting the food I had on Saturday get to me, I enjoyed it and I don't do it often! I'm not vegan, I just have intolerances to a lot of food because of my IBS, cheese being one of them which is super sad.
So overall, my week hasn't been too bad, hoping for a loss! Weigh in at 5:30pm ☺️
.
Have a lovely Monday 💕

  • I want to write about it as I believe it could be useful for my friends or other women who is the same age and probably has similar experience. I have recently had a discussion with my friend, and he told that it is funny that when we are 20, we are afraid to get pregnant and then when it is supposed to be the right time – it is not so easy. It is quite a sensitive topic which we don’t discuss with each other, even with the close friends and, in my point of view, what creates more insecure feeling. But I believe there are a lot of couples above 30 years old who tries to solve it, find the solution for them and maybe it takes not one year.
After being pregnant last year and having a miscarriage, I agree with my doctor that it could be because of my age…Eh, probably, I am not so young already…😊 but at the same time there are a lot of positive examples of women who has had babies at my age. Salma Hayek gave birth to a daughter Valentina at 41 years old. And she is sure that later motherhood is wonderful. Now her daughter has a much more mature and conscious mother than she could have been before 😊😊😊 I am sure that the traditional medicine is very developed now and we should use it but at the same time I also strongly believe in the power of our minds, our thoughts. My sister gave to me Louise Hay’s books as a nice gift quite a long time ago and I use them once in a while when I have questions. And what I found about the possible reasons of sterility (non-pregnancy)and the miscarriage in her books resonate with me a lot.
Here what she wrote: fear and resistance to life, fear of the future, reluctance living in the present moment or using the experience of the parents, falling out of the flow of life.

And it makes sense as I have often heard from women that they are afraid of life change, that they will not cope with their new role or there is not enough budget and so... And here are for you positive affirmations from Louise Hay which I find very helpful:
🌺I trust the process of life
🌺I love and appreciate myself
🌺I always do what I need, where I need and when I 🌺Everything is going well
🌺The universe (God) takes care of me

  • 50cm Box jump with upside down bosu on top 🐸
I think it's about a 65cm including the bosu.
I'm planning on doing some weighted vest workouts this week.
If I write out my workout programs would you like to see them to get some workout ideas?

.
.
Was verursacht Muskelkater?
.
Wann bekommt man Muskelkater?
