You never know what is going on in someone's world, mind or life.
You never know the journey someone has been on to get them from A to B.

My journey isn't as straightforward as people think 🤷‍♀️
Getting to the photo on the right wasn't easy.
In the photo on the left I was uncomfortable, unhappy, unhealthy.
I had enough of hating myself so I quit the fad diets and took on the challenge of a home workout program. I hated but loved it at the same time. But when I saw results, I became obsessed.
I went from one extreme to the other and I started controlling every single thing that I consumed. I was scared to eat out. I didn't let myself have a bliming biscuit without exercising after to burn it off. 
It wasn't until I realised I needed help that I refused to let myself continue on in this way any more. I started finding my way to MY healthy balance ⚖️
My happy middle.
Learning to love myself and my body. Understanding nutrition and what it can do for me. Not using food and exercise as punishment.

Over the last 5 years I have transformed my life in so many ways but it all started off with one decision. Choosing to press play on that first Insanity workout and deciding my life matters!
.
Don't waste time feeling unhappy in the skin you are in or the life that you lead. Decide. Commit. Succeed.
