Circuit 1: 
1️⃣10-12 of 2 kettlebell sumo squats into 1 sumo straight leg deadlift 
2️⃣30s of double pulse side to side sumo squats
3️⃣15-20 box jumps / alternating step ups 
4️⃣12 single leg bozu glute bridge hold - opposite leg raises straight into ...5️⃣ 10-15 single leg glute bridges - REPEAT BOTH on other side
6️⃣ 20-30 bozu glute bridges - slow - steady - squeeze
X 3-4 ROUNDS
