Recipe:

Ingredients: *boneless chicken 200gm
*1 big onion cut into chunks
*1 big capsicum cut into chunks
*1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
*2 to 3 tablespoon corn flour
*salt to taste
*1 tea spoon chilli powder
*oil for frying
*chopped garlic 7 to 8 cloves for gravy
*2 table spoon corn flour for gravy ( add more if needed)
*1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, chilli sauce
*1/2 table spoon soy sauce

Method:
In a bowl add washed chicken and add ginger garlic paste, salt , chilli powder to it. Add corn flour and leave it for 15 mins to marinate. In a kadhai add oil and fry the chicken until golden brown. Take out extra oil and garlic cloves and fry until golden brown then add onion and capsicum and cook until soft. Add soy sauce and mix well, cook for few seconds and then add tomato sauce  and chilli sauce. Taste and if needed add salt n chilli powder. In a bowl add 2 to 3 tablespoon water n corn flour and mill well and then add it to the mixture. Use additional corn flour if gravy is not thick . When the gravy is thick enough switch off the flame and garnish with spring onion (optional)

Sabudana Khichdi Recipe :-
Ingredients:-
2 cup sabudana (tapioca)
2-3 potatoes boiled & cut in to small pieces
1 tsp black pepper powder or to taste 
1 tbsp sugar powder (optional)
1/2 cupRoasted or fried Crushed peanut
4-5 green chilies, 
salt to taste, 
2-4 tbspoon melted ghee or Oil 
1 tbsp cumin seeds,
Chopped coriander leaves 
Method :-
⚫️Wash sabudana in water ,Drain water and keep it aside for 4-5 hours .
⚫️Cut green chilies into small pieces or just slit.
⚫️Heat ghee in a pan.
⚫️Add cumin seeds after Crackling  add potato pieces and green chilies.
& fry for some time.
⚫️Add salt & black pepper according to potatoes ..fry again until it's become light golden in color.
⚫️Now add sabudana ( separately add fasting salt or normal salt in sabudana & mix well )
⚫️Stir on low flame ....cover the lid for 2 min again stir & add black pepper according to your taste you can add red chilly powder too ,again stir ... Let it cook for 2 min.
⚫️Now add crushed peanut and little sugar powder ( optional ).
⚫️Again stir for 2 min ... Now turn off flame .... & add coriander leaves for Garnishing 😊
Your Spicy & Simple Sabudana Khichdi is ready to serve .... Serve hot !!! .
