🌱Whole egg - 1.
🌱Ginger Garlic paste - 1tsp.
🌱Turmeric powder - a pinch. 🌱Chilli powder - to taste.
🌱Salt - to taste. .

🌱Cut boiled eggs into half. Keep aside.
🌱In a bowl, crack an egg, add all other ingredients. Mix well. 🌱Dip boil eggs in the egg mixture. Coat very well. 🌱Heat oil in a pan, place eggs, yolks down and pour remaining egg mix if left and let fry for a minute or so. 🌱Flip gently, sprinkle some chilli powder and ENJOYYY ! 😬🙌🏼

  • I have a very oily T-Zone and my skin type is Combination. Unlike any acne prone skin, I don't have that much acne but every two weeks, one or two acne pops up and leaves a mark as you can see.
I recently came across this Tea Tree Cleanser by Dmaxz Derma and I have using this since the last one week and I must say, it has cleared out my face very much. Any active acne that was there are not present anymore and the scars are also fading away gradually.

المكونات:⁣
أفخاذ دجاج بعظم او بدون عظم وبدون جلد، منظف من الدهون الزائدة ⁣
علبة لبن يوناني خالي من الدسم (١/٢ كوب) ⁣

٢ ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون طازج⁣
٢ ملعقة كبيرة ثوم مهروس⁣
٢ ملعقة كبيرة زنجبيل طازج مقشر ومهروس⁣
١ ملعقة كبيرة بابريكا⁣
٢ ملعقة صغيرة كمون مطحون⁣
٢ ملعقة صغيرة كزبرة مطحونة⁣
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة كركم ⁣
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة قرفة ⁣
فلفل احمر حار (حسب الرغبة)⁣
١/٤ ملعقة صغيرة هيل (اختياري) ⁣
ملح و فلفل اسود مطحون ⁣
كزبرة طازجة للتزيين ⁣
طريقة التحضير:⁣
في مقلاة متوسطة الحجم، ضعي البابريكا، الكمون، الكزبرة المطحونة، الكركم ، الفلفل الحار والهيل.⁣
حمصيهم على نار متوسطة مع التحريك باستمرار، لحوالي ١-٢ دقيقة. (هذه الخطوة ممكن تخطيها، انها فقط تقوي النكهات الموجودة)⁣
في وعاء كبير اخلطي اللبن اليوناني، الزيت، عصير الليمون، الثوم، الزنجبيل، والبهارات المحمصة واضيفي الملح والفلفل لاسود (١ ١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة ملح و ١ ملعقة صغيرة⁣
فلفل اسود)⁣
اضيفي أفخاذ الدجاج واخلطيهم جيداً بالخليط لتغطي كامل القطع. غطي الوعاء وضعيه في الثلاجة واتركيه لتتشرب النكهات على الأقل لمدة ٣ ساعات الى ١٠ ساعات.⁣
سخّني الشواية على حرارة متوسطة الى عالية لحوالي ٤٢٥ درجة. ⁣
نظفي شبك الشواية وادهنيه بالزيت. اشوي الدجاج لمدة ١٠-١٢ دقيقة على كل جانب للدجاج مع العظم (للدجاج الخالي من العظم اشويه لمدة ٥-٧ دقائق على كل جانب)، ممكن دهن الدجاج بالزيت لتجنب جفاف القطع من الخارج. ⁣
اتركيه يرتاح لبعض الدقائق ثم قدّميه مع تزيينه بالكزبرة الخضراء.⁣

    طريقة التحضير:⁣
    في مقلاة متوسطة الحجم، ضعي البابريكا، الكمون، الكزبرة المطحونة، الكركم ، الفلفل الحار والهيل.⁣
    حمصيهم على نار متوسطة مع التحريك باستمرار، لحوالي ١-٢ دقيقة. (هذه الخطوة ممكن تخطيها، انها فقط تقوي النكهات الموجودة)⁣
    في وعاء كبير اخلطي اللبن اليوناني، الزيت، عصير الليمون، الثوم، الزنجبيل، والبهارات المحمصة واضيفي الملح والفلفل لاسود (١ ١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة ملح و ١ ملعقة صغيرة⁣
    فلفل اسود)⁣
    اضيفي أفخاذ الدجاج واخلطيهم جيداً بالخليط لتغطي كامل القطع. غطي الوعاء وضعيه في الثلاجة واتركيه لتتشرب النكهات على الأقل لمدة ٣ ساعات الى ١٠ ساعات.⁣
    سخّني الشواية على حرارة متوسطة الى عالية لحوالي ٤٢٥ درجة. ⁣
    نظفي شبك الشواية وادهنيه بالزيت. اشوي الدجاج لمدة ١٠-١٢ دقيقة على كل جانب للدجاج مع العظم (للدجاج الخالي من العظم اشويه لمدة ٥-٧ دقائق على كل جانب)، ممكن دهن الدجاج بالزيت لتجنب جفاف القطع من الخارج. ⁣
    اتركيه يرتاح لبعض الدقائق ثم قدّميه مع تزيينه بالكزبرة الخضراء.⁣
