Ada manfaatnya engga sih traveling itu ?? Jelas ada dong sahabat Q, bukan hanya ngabisin duit. Traveling juga punya manfaat loh untuk sahabat Q.

1. Meningkatkan keberanian.
Buat kamu yang hobi traveling solo, pasti tingkat keberanian kalian jadi meningkat di bandingkan biasanya. Tapi kalau ramai-ramai kan lebih seru, apalagi kalau jalan bareng Qtrav.  2. Menambah wawasan
Sebelum traveling pasti kamu akan cari informasi mengenai btenpat yang akan di tuju, proses mencari tersebut tanpa kamu sadari akan menambah wawasan sahabat Q loh.

3. Penghilang stress
Buat kamu yang super sibuk dengan banyaknya aktivitas, tolong deh luangkan waktu beberapa hari aja untuk traveling bareng Min Q. Di jamin banget nih hilang semua bebannya, ngurangin stress juga. 
4. Budaya baru

  • #Protein protein protein! 🍗 Slowly integrating meat back into our daily diet as I learn how to make it and store it properly. Portioned and balanced #lunch plate of grilled chicken, mix daal and roti. Whatever your choice of protein - Best part about having a good balance of protein and carbs on your plate is that it keeps you full and going for much much longer than just a carb heavy plate where you might feel hungry again pretty soon. 1 roti for me, 2 for @sagar_premkumar his plate pictured). Just wanted to quickly mention - some of you DM asking how I get away with eating seemingly so little per meal. Don’t forget that I have a full breakfast, lunch and dinner, and 2 snacks MINIMUM, one between B and L and the second between L and D. Also, most of my meals are around 400 calories, which is a perfect measured amount for my height and weight. Also, we eat out a few times a week so all of the calories combined make up for a very small deficit week on week. It shows in my weight. My progress is quite slow.
