And my yogi's choice is a playful version of #sirsasana #headstand✨✨

 I  chose this Asana because I used to take myself very seriously while doing yoga, and could be quite hard on myself when I didn't land certain poses in spite of lots of practice (sirsasana was one of those a year ago). With time, and self acceptance, I learned to remind myself of why I love yoga so much. A practice that allows me to connect to myself , and allows me to enjoy the process of learning and getting better a little step at a time. I found playing on the mat not only made this funner but also a light-hearted  way to accept that whatever will be that day, will be!

Participating in this challenge has also showed me a very different side to Instagram and has started shifting my mindset towards social media as a whole.  While it has often been vilified as a source of stress, negative upward comparisons and often times blamed for the rise of mental health issues, this challenge has shown me the opposite. I have found an incredibly warm, supportive community that shatters the negative associations attributed to social media, and the community has shown me that,  if used appropriately, it can foment human flourishing. This beautiful community of yogis has shown relentless support to one another and spread such good cheer, that I can't help but see why people engage with Instagram in this way. A way to connect with others, generate positive emotion, share in each others accomplishments, share the meaning behind what one does, and engage with our innermost passion. Those happen to be all 5 core components of a flourishing life, and I'm grateful to the hosts and sponsors for creating this lovely opportunity for all of us.✨ @3vers_ wearing @aloyoga

However, the outward movement is just one direction of energy because the mind is perfectly capable of moving inward and relaxing if we give it a chance and if we guide it properly. 👁A full view mind, one that has both the inward and outward perspectives, acts as a key: it supports to unlock doors of growth and healing. I’ll be setting up a ten week strength and conditioning program over the upcoming winter that focuses on developing a relationship with your core, all round mobility and stamina! Centralised in the foundations of Yoga, particular focus will be made on safe alignment, breathe in conjunction to movement, and nutrition. However a variety of movement practices will be explored throughout the course of this program such as Animal Flow, Pilates, HIIT, Calisthenics and Mixed Martial Arts. All fitness levels and experience are welcome as exercises and dietary plans are customised for each individual according to their goals 🤸🏽‍♀️🥊

  • 👆Entrenando Con Viví Pierna🏋️‍♀️👏Logrando Sus Objetivos 💪
Un correcto e intenso entrenamiento de piernas con ejercicios como las sentadillas o el peso muerto ayudará a ganar masa muscular en nuestro tren superior, ya que al tratarse de movimientos multiarticulares, el torso se va a encontrar bajo una tensión isométrica máxima. Por ejemplo, al realizar el peso muerto se encuentran bajo tensión isométrica los hombros, trapecios, abdominales, dorsales y lumbares. Esta tensión provoca un estímulo muy efectivo ya que, si estamos entrenando hipertrofia, por ejemplo, cuantos más músculos estimulemos, mayor será la respuesta anabólica, la realización de ejercicios multiarticulares como los que acabamos de citar favorece la producción de testosterona de forma natural.
En un gran número de los deportes existentes, las piernas son las que nos proporcionan la estabilidad y potencia necesaria para realizar diversos movimientos. Tenerlas bien trabajadas  mejorará esta respuesta al tener mayor fuerza y aguante, ya que éstas van a ser nuestra base.
Más testosterona:Esto se debe a que cuando realizamos ejercicios que implican varios grupos musculares estamos generando mejores niveles de testosterona, y esto es lo que fundamentalmente realizamos en el entrenamiento de piernas, al entrenar los cuadríceps, femorales, abductores, son grandes grupos musculares ya que ocupan casi la mitad de nuestro peso muscular. Ayuda a mejorar  nuestra masa muscular, acelerara la pérdida de grasa, En las mujeres el principal beneficio es que mejorará la circulación y se tonificará las piernas evitando la celulitis.
Quema grasa corporal:Las piernas son grupos musculares muy grandes, cuando las entrenamos el consumo de energía es alto, el bombeo de sangre es mayor, por lo que la necesidades de energía y la quema de grasa corporal, es mayor, otro punto importante es que nuestro metabolismo se acelera al entrenar piernas.👉Asesorate Bien

Many of you asked to write more about it... Not sure where to start though🙄
To be honest I’m very crazy mom🙈 Everything has to be done “perfectly” “on time”; i have so many rules💩 and I don’t like to not follow them🙈
Like sleep, it has to be always proper , on time...
TV 📺 I really think TV isn’t a good idea...
Food... No chips, chocolate and so on...
BUT...
We are here in Lebanon visiting the family and I’m learning how to let go🙄 Everything is opposite here🙈

Mariam‘ s learned all the nursery songs and knows all the cartoons, she keeps asking everyone for baby shark 🦈
She eats chocolate almost everyday🙈 Well I do my best to keep it on min though...
She sleeps god knows how...
.
I’m nearly used to it by now, and keep telling myself that it’s ok , and she is on vacation...
But it’s hard😆 Very hard🙈

Я сумасшедшая мамаша🙈у меня куча правил , которым я следую о том, как Мариам должна спать( по расписанию и никаких отклонений)🙄 , сколько ; что ей можно есть , а что нет( шоколад , чипсы и и.д.); ну и про телевизор вы уже знаете! Это совсем большое НЕЛЬЗЯ для меня лично.
Жутко не люблю отступать от этих правил🙈
Но вот за 2 недели в Ливане, Мариам выучила все мультики/песни; достала всех с Бэйби шарк , уж простите не знаю как по русски называют этот мультик. Спит, когда получится🙈 И ест шоколад чуть ли не каждый день( спасибо огромному кол-ву родственников, за которыми просто не уследить🙄)

Короче , мой гиперответственный родитель в полном шоке , по -тиху учится отпускать ситуацию и строит планы о том, как будет перевоспитывать ребёнка по возвращению домой🙈

А вы какой родитель? Или ,Как сейчас говорят, вы  за позитивное радительство ? (Как я поняла не мой вариант😆)

I feel like everything outside turned green and its all full of life again 🌱🙏 Relatively chill week today, teaching a little, learning a little, practicing a little, creating a little 😘 today is a great start.
