  • I can't believe it has been almost a year since I did an #igyogachallenge 😳
So much has happened in this time. So many ups and downs, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride to be honest. But, I am finally in a place where things are on the 🆙️ Getting back to my cheery old self, positive things are happening and life is moving forward with new challenges and fresh starts. 
I saw this challenge coming up and thought yes! I've got to jump in on this! So here it is, day 1's #balancepose for #gracefullystrongyogis I'm kicking off with #handtobigtoepose #utthitahastapadangusthasana

Не только психоэмоциональные факторы влияют на здоровье, но и наоборот - хронические болезни всегда сопровождаются изменениями психической деятельности (соматопсихическими нарушениями).

Возникают они под влиянием беспокойства за собственное физическое состояние из-за болезни, болевого фактора, повышения тревожности, волнений, страха перед ухудшением и тому подобному.

Через эмоции хронические расстройства влияют и на мышечный тонус: например, больные депрессией проявляют гипертонус дыхательных мышц (дыша прерывисто, поверхностно), снижение амплитуды и плавности движений (жестикуляции, темпа ходьбы и т.д.), привычку горбить спину.
⠀⠀
Вытеснение эмоций происходит благодаря естественному процессу психологической защиты, призванной избавить человека от внутреннего конфликта, что вызывает тревогу и страдания, исключив его из сознания. В норме вытеснение является временным средством, дающим человеку время на нахождение нового, рационального способа преодоления кризиса.

Если же конфликты не решаются и накапливаются в подсознании, такое положение приводит к возникновению неврозов. Именно поэтому стратегия пассивности и отложения решения проблем «на потом» или закрывания на них глаз, прикрываясь искусственным спокойствием - неэффективна.

  • Day 5 of #newspringnewstart and today's intention is "I strive to balance the multiple areas of my life." Everyone has multiple aspects of themselves, multiple identities, multiple facets. I am a woman, a believer, a Latina, a student, a daughter, sister, friend, etc. and all of those identities encompass different things. Sometimes I have to prioritize certain identities over others and I've learned to be okay with saying no to things. In fact today I had to say no to posting on time because I was out and about today, as I went on a long, beautiful hike, did school work, and went to work.
I've also learned to say yes to things and extend that past myself, allowing other people just be themselves because I know that everyone is just trying to figure themselves out.

You are all awesome!! I definitely went into today thinking today would be the day for funky flying crow to work for me but that wasn't the case. Crow is fine, crow is comfy. But despite my many tries, funky crow wasnt happening for me. So go all of you who conquered it😍 I admire y'all. 🌻
