On your journey it is always important to remember it's about progress. The road to success (no matter what goal you are working towards) has ever been a smooth one. There will be many challenges along the way which are learning lessons to make you stronger.

I was once guilty of trying to have my diet and plans to my goals "perfect"... if I didn't follow my plan or diet exactly, I would feel like I had failed. You are human and we all have mistakes and have set backs. Weight loss can be a mental game, so try to focus on your progress and victories no matter how big or small. If you fall down , get back up and keep moving forward. Besides... being perfect is super boring! πŸ‘ŽπŸ™ŠπŸ˜œ πŸ“Έ- @natalieminh
