The term “reverse dieting” has become synonymous with physique athletes in a post-show phase. The goal of a “reverse diet” is to slowly increase food weekly, in an attempt to build your metabolism as high as possible, to be eating the maximum amount of calories while staying lean. Does this work in real-life application? In some instances, yes; in others, it is a horrible decision that causes more harm than good.

I call bullish!t.... Believe me there’s nothing wrong with being older that I am. However the term “old” as in not having abilities due to age. Aaah, nope.
I plan to defy that definition. I’m not growing old. I’m growing better. I have a better mindset than 10, 20 years ago. I have proven that I’m more resilient by coming through these past decades. I’ve grown a greater love and appreciation of myself and my qualities. I have worked,  dedicated and grinded out my healthiest, strongest and probably my best body.  Trainer @fordhamfitness 
So for these reasons and a plethora of many more.   • I am so proud of these two.

@robwon16 looking IMPROVED from his qualifier a few months back and taking 4th in Britain in the teen category. The changes visually in the last few weeks have honestly been ridiculous. With some more muscle and a far more effective prep from start to finish I’m extremely confident Rob can do very well in the junior category.

@ralphio_the_kilo_kid looking epic in the most crazy junior lineup I’ve ever seen. It’s been a very long year for Ralph, losing over 60lbs is mad. Ralph has shown incredible mental resilience to stick to a given task for a whole season.

Both Rob/Ralph start there off-seasons Tuesday under my guidance. I’m am very excited to take them both through a efficient offseason phase.

That’s me completely done for the year of competing. I’ve put over 15 people on stage. 4 class wins and lots of british invites, for my first year of doing this shit I’m VERY HAPPY.

Roll on the rest of this year. Time get back in the gym tomorrow with the boy @yung_saiyankid we are both chasing big goals in 2020.

The time you spend waiting on motivation to kick in could have been spent doing what you need to do to achieve what you want! It isn’t always easy, sometimes it’s really hard, but you have to remember your why and know you’re capable of achieving your goals no matter what 💯 . ⠀

  • LEGS! 💪🏽 Blow up those quads with these 4 ESSENTIAL exercises 🔥 Make sure you hit like & save - Due to having issues with my lower back, I struggle with quite a few exercises like deadlifts, squats, or anything that loads my lower back with weight.
