✖️Sumo deadlift / 4 sets x 10 reps⁣
✖️Dumbbell walking lunges / 3 sets x 12 reps each leg⁣
✖️Single leg press / 3 sets x 10 reps each leg⁣
⁣
I'm focusing on keeping my workouts on high intensity, so only 60 second rest between the sets, and I'm enjoying it! In addition to getting more tired and sweaty, I feel more focused through the workouts. ⁣

To keep track of my breaks I usually put my phone next to me with the stopwatch going. You do you and have the breaks you like, but I can recommend you to test this out!⁣
