  • Lunch was the last of my chicken (about 6 oz), a whole avocado and a small side of spinach and olives (About 1/4 cup spinach and 7 olives). I topped it off with some Frank's red hot sauce and EBTB seasoning. Super filling and delicious. And "dessert" was about 2 tbsp of @coconutmana coconut butter. It's a bit addicting and I need to find a way to tone it down 🤣😂😋.

  • Cela fait un moment que je n'avais plus rien publié ( ni pris vraiment le temps de cuisiner en fait...)
Après une petite baisse de motivation et d'envie de me faire des beaux/bons petits plats... Je retrouve doucement l envie de cuisiner et de vous partager mes réalisations. 
Ici une petite quiche ultra rapide et légère poulet / brocolis ( recette de @happy.nutri.coach, n'hésitez pas à aller faire un tour sur sa page insta/fb elle donne plein de bons conseils)

  • ЯИЧНАЯ ЛАПША☀️
Куриный супчик с этой домашней лапшой ещё вкуснее👍 Она не разваривается, бульон от неё не мутнеет👌

СОХРАНЯЙТЕ СРАЗУ✅ а если поблагодарите лайком ❤️, то вообще🥰

Продукты: ⁃ Мука 450-500 ⁃ Яйцо - 3 шт ⁃ Вода - 80 мл ⁃ Соль - 1 ч л
⠀
Приготовление:
⠀
В воде растворяю соль
В муку разбиваю яйца, перемешиваю, подливаю воду
Вымешиваю - получается неровное, тугое тесто
Тесту надо дать 40-60 минут отдохнуть. Обязательно накройте, чтобы не заветрилось

Через час тесто совсем другое - гладкое и эластичное
⠀
Отрезаю небольшие куски и раскатываю тонко. Много муки для подпыла использовать нежелательно

Пласт теста быстро (10-15 мин) подсушиваю в духовке на 100 градусах конвекции в духовке

Пока сушится первый пласт, раскатываю второй. И так далее
⠀
Высушенный пласт теста режу на полоски. Я решила сделать длинную лапшу, но конечно, можно резать любой длины и формы

Лапшу можно больше не сушить, если использовать всю сразу. А если вам сразу всю не съесть, нужно заморозить или высушить в духовке (60 градусов на конвекции 1-1,5 часа)

  • The Super Bowl is just around the corner, and I was looking for something appetizing to make.  I decided on a plate of Tasty Nachos.  These nachos were especially healthy because I used @plantbased cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.  And the grape tomatoes are loaded with lycopene, a powerful antioxidant. ⠀

  • Summer sunset 🌅 
This Orgage Iced Tea is the perfect party drink or summertime treat, and has amazing flavor from orange peels and freshly brewed tea. You can’t buy iced tea like this at the store!
Making a fresh drink like this for parties or entertaining is one of the easiest wins of all, especially in the summertime.

Try it — 
To make 4 glasses: 
1. Peel 4 oranges 🍊 
2. In a large pot, boil 2 cups filtered water, stir in 2 tea bags and orange peel. Cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and chill the tea mixture with peel in a covered container.
3. Pour the tea through a fine meshed strainer, then let it come to room temperature, stir in 1c fresh orange juice + sweeten to taste with honey or brown sugar. Mix well and refrigerate until completely cool for about 1-2 hours. 
4. To assemble the orange iced tea, add ice to a glass and fill about 3/4 of the way up with the tea. Garnish with fresh orange slices and fresh mint/ parsley leaves, if desired.  Enjoy!

Note: if you’re in a hurry, cool the tea faster by chilling it in an ice bath. .

💥Vegan Kale Caesar Salad with Tofu Croutons 💥
✅1 (14 to 16 ounce) block extra-firm tofu, drained and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
✅¼ cup lemon juice
✅¼ cup vegan Worcestershire sauce
✅1 teaspoon garlic powder
✅1 teaspoon onion powder
✅3 teaspoons olive oil, divided
✅Salad
✅8 cups chopped lacinato kale
✅¼ cup nutritional yeast
✅¼ cup toasted pumpkin seeds
✅½ cup bottled vegan Caesar dressing
✅1 avocado

🥣Directions
🔥Step 1:
To prepare tofu croutons: Arrange tofu on a baking sheet between layers of paper towels. Top with another pan, place a heavy can on top and let drain for 15 minutes. Whisk lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic powder and onion powder in a large bowl. Add the tofu and toss to coat. Let stand for 15 minutes or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Transfer the tofu to a plate, discarding liquid.
🔥Step 2:
Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Cook half the tofu until golden and crisp on all sides, 6 to 8 minutes; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate to drain and cool. Repeat with the remaining oil and tofu.
🔥Step 3:
To prepare salad: Toss kale and nutritional yeast in a large bowl. Divide among 4 lidded single-serving containers. Top each with 1/2 cup of the croutons and 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds. Divide dressing among 4 small lidded containers or jars.
🔥Step 4:
Seal the containers and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Toss each salad with the dressing and top with 1/4 avocado (sliced) just before serving.
