✔️ 250 gr Mozzarella cheese / Настърган Кашкавал 🧀
✔️ 50 gr Full fat soft cheese / Крема сирене
✔️ 100 gr Almond flour / Бадемово брашно
✔️ 1 Egg / Яйце 🥚

1️⃣ - In big bowl add Mozzarella, soft cheese and almond flour. / В голяма купа слагаме кашкавал, крема сирене и бадемово брашно.
2️⃣ - Put it in microwave for 30 sek. or more if needed. / Слагаме купата в микровълновата за 30 сек. или повече ако трябва.
3️⃣ - Start to make the dough. / Започваме да месим тесто.
4️⃣ - Wait to cool down and then add the egg and mix the dough well. / Чакаме да се охлади тестото и тогава добавяме яйце и месим тестото.
5️⃣ - Put the dough into the baking paper and cover it with another baking paper and start to roll it till you make the tin layer. / Слагаме тестото на хартия за печене и го покриваме с друга хартия и запопваме да разточваме с точилката.
6️⃣ - Cut it into pieces and put the piece in the tray covered with baking paper. / Нарязваме ги и ги поставяме в тава, покрита с хартия за печене.
7️⃣ - Bake them in the pre-heat oven at 220° for 10 minutes or till it's golden brown. / Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 220°С за 10тина минути или до готовност.

Sharing the Chole recipe with you specially for young cooks who don’t have much time ... 🥰
1. Add little ( two to three big  spoons ) of brown dal + kale channa + Yellow  channa dal to 1 cup of White chick peas . Wash and soak them overnight. 
2. Add one Amala ( gooseberry ) cut into small pieces + salt +Aam kadi ( dried  mango pieces ) + pinch of meetha soda and pressure cook it . Lower the gas flame after 3 or 4 whistles . Let it cook for another 15 minutes or so . 
3. In an iron kadhai heat 3 spoons of mustard oil when it becomes hot add 1.5 spoon of desi ghee . 
4. Now prepare the masala ... add few sticks of ginger ... sliced green chillies ... haldi .. kala namak ... Anar dana ... Lal mirch ... Kashmiri mirch .. ( little more than half tea spoon ) add 2 tbs dhaniya powder ..1 tbs garam masala , jeera powder each ... fistful of finely chopped hara dhaniya . Cook on low flame for around 10 minutes..till a nice masala is ready . 
5.Add the chole mixture to the masala and mix it with the masala after its nicely coated add the water in which it was cooked to the mixture . Give a nice boil . Then lower the flame and with the back of the karchi slowly smash the chole ... to make the gravy little thick . 
6. Cook it on low heat for around 10 min . 
7. Add a tsp of amchoor powder and little Dry Pudhina Chutney powder ( readymade ) 
8. Transfer it in a serving dish. Top it with ginger juliennes . Ready !😀❤️

Now , Little rest and then have to enter marks of Periodic Test 2 and do the editing of Final Examination Question Papers .... and my Sunday beauty care 😀..and the list goes onnnnn ....! Kwetiau Goreng Udang

Bahan:
2 porsi kwetiau
2 siung bawang putih cincang
1 bh lap chiong 
4 ekor udang 
1 butir telur 
1 sdm saus cabe
2 sdm Saus tiram
2 sdm Kecap asin
1 sdm kecap manis
1/2 sdm @FiberCreme 
Garam, merica dan perasa
Daun bawang
. 
Cara :
1. Tumis bawang putih sampai wangi masukkan udang tumis sebentar, taruh lap chiong tumis lagi. 
2. Masukkan kwetiau semua dengan saus cabe, saus tiram, kecap asin dan manis aduk rata. 
3. Beri dikit FiberCreme, garam, merica dan perasa sambil di aduk-aduk. 
4. Ke tepikan kwetiau beri sedikit minyak di wajan pecahkan 1 butir telor aduk-aduk baru campurkan semua kwetiau aduk rata. 
5. Terakhir masukkan daun bawang dan angkat siap di sajikan.
