  • Happy Sunday! I’ve got some fall flavors today. Tortellini with sage and brown butter; country spare ribs with sage and sauerkraut with apples; chicken legs with onions and peppers; steamed broccoli with lemon and olive oil; apples snack cake and a pitcher of ginger tea. The weather is finally starting to feel like fall and the leaves are looking beautiful. It’s only 9AM and so much has been achieved already. I had a few friends say yesterday morning at our regular 0530AM coffee crew, “Lets do 5 things before 12PM” ☕️. Such a cool idea to apply. So today, let’s do it again. There’s so much life to live and I know I want to exhaust it. If there’s one thing you should say to yourself today, it‘s this: “let’s go on an adventure. Let’s do something significant!”. In each space I enter I ask myself, “am I carrying love?”, “am I bringing joy?”, and “am I creating peace”. Joyfully and gracefully is how I want to dance through my existence.

    Ello Monday go-ers.
    It’s only 9AM and so much has been achieved already. I had a few friends say yesterday morning at our regular 0530AM coffee crew, “Lets do 5 things before 12PM” ☕️. Such a cool idea to apply. So today, let’s do it again. There’s so much life to live and I know I want to exhaust it. If there’s one thing you should say to yourself today, it‘s this: “let’s go on an adventure. Let’s do something significant!”. In each space I enter I ask myself, “am I carrying love?”, “am I bringing joy?”, and “am I creating peace”. Joyfully and gracefully is how I want to dance through my existence.

  • [ Prépa marathon de Bruges - Semaine 9/10 - Séance 4/4 ] 
Coucou la dernière sortie longue et coucou la déprime 😫 j’avais pas envie, jambes lourdes et fatiguées pendant 1h40, l’impression de pas savoir respirer et beaucoup de colère 😫😰 Voilà comment se termine cette longue série de sortie longue 😰 Je suis rentrée triste, stressée, et pas du tout rassurée pour le marathon ... je vais m’arrêter là au risque de vous déprimer 😅 j’ai une semaine pour reprendre confiance et me dire que oui, ça va le faire ! Arriver sur la ligne de départ dans un mauvais mood, je l’ai déjà fait et je sais à quel point ça ne rend pas service et à quel point c’est horrible alors non ! 😯 Une semaine pour méditer sur toutes ses séances, tous ses kilomètres, toutes ses séances que mes gambettes ont assumé et assuré ... alors STOP 🤚🏻 on va faire de gros dodos, bien récupérer, bien manger, bien s’hydrater, faire du jus comme dit le coach ... et apprendre à positiver 😅

  • sunday nights call for simple and EASY dinners. who’s with me?! 🙋🏼‍♀️😍💥 this loaded VEGGIE PASTA STIR FRY is quick, satisfying and helps clean out my fridge 🥕👏🏻 i basically throw a brunch of leftover veggies + pasta or rice into a pan then top it some protein and dinner is done, 5 mins max! 🙆🏼‍♀️ enjoy friends!

•chopped veggies (zucchini, carrot, pumpkin)
•leftover cooked pasta •napoletana sauce
•leafy greens •goat feta cheese
•avocado
•lemon juice

i just sautéed the veggies in a pan until golden then added some cooked pasta, 3 TBSP napoletana sauce and a handful of leafy greens. topped it with some goats cheese, avocado, s&p and lots of lemon juice. easiest dinner ever! 😍😍🎉

    sunday nights call for simple and EASY dinners. who’s with me?! 🙋🏼‍♀️😍💥 this loaded VEGGIE PASTA STIR FRY is quick, satisfying and helps clean out my fridge 🥕👏🏻 i basically throw a brunch of leftover veggies + pasta or rice into a pan then top it some protein and dinner is done, 5 mins max! 🙆🏼‍♀️ enjoy friends!

Aujourd’hui, je devais boucler pas mal de petites recettes en cuisine, je vous avais promis une petite vidéo recette en stories, mais par manque de temps, elle arrivera courant de semaine !🙈😬 Au final, je vous partage le gros plat de légumes fait avec les restes des recettes - 0 gaspillage ! 
On y trouve : des tomates multicouleurs, des pois chiches aux épices, du bleu, du parmesan, des figues, des petits morceaux de courges butternut, une touche de miel, sel, poivre et filet d’huile d’olive ! On enfourne le tout au four et en 20 minutes c’est tout bon . 🤭😍 Je vous souhaite une belle soirée 😊

I woke up the morning of my birthday and couldn’t feel more content with my
👉🏼Relationship
👉🏼Self
👉🏼Work direction/income
👉🏼Passions I’m working towards
👉🏼Life in general

So it feels fabulous. Extremely fabulous. In some sense I feel lucky, sometimes I takes people a lifetime to discover just one of those and in another sense I feel I worked for it all

I EMBRACE new opportunities when they arise, know when it’s time to WALK AWAY, I push myself into situations to discover new things and most importantly I am constantly working on MYSELF FOR MYSELF

It is not perfect but my path is clear because I have spent the years before building the stepping stones to a greater picture ⭐️ @stephaniebarreca
