•• brócoli & pesto ••
Crocantes por afuera, blanditas por adentro. - aptas para celiacos -
🔅 1 paquete de brócoli (use congelado, lo descongele antes) 🔅 2 cdas de pesto (lo compre en dietética) 🔅 2 cdas de almidón de maíz o pre mezcla apta para celiacos (se puede usar harina común) 🔅 harina de maíz o polenta
🔅 2 cdas de queso untable
🔅 sal & pimienta ✏️ Procesar solo un toque el brócoli (que no quede liquido) con el queso untable, el pesto, el almidón de maíz, sal y pienta.
✏️ Queda como una pasta (semi espesa) pero con pedazos de brócoli que se notan.
✏️ Formo bolitas y las paso por harina de maíz o polenta (como rebozador) ✏️ Horno medio con rocío vegetal y un toque de aceite. Vuelta y vuelta durante 20 min cada lado aprox. Ir chequeando hasta que queden crocantes. ✨Podes acompañarlas con cualquier dip, guacamole, queso gratinado o lo que se te ocurra.

These are all questions I tend to ask my clients when we first get started and throughout there journey.⠀
⠀
Understanding your hunger signals can be a huge advantage because it can bring awareness to a situation and what you might be experiencing.⠀
⠀
On a day to day basis you 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗡𝗢𝗧 be constantly starving or 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 hungry.⠀
⠀
The sweet spot is right in the middle.😃⠀
⠀
A slight hunger signal when it’s time to eat is perfectly normal but throughout the day you should be okay.⠀
⠀
But when activity pursuing fat loss you will feel hungry a lot more frequently.😅⠀
⠀
This is perfectly normal and expected so being prepared for that can help you not give in.⠀
⠀
But if your in a fat loss phase and hunger signals go away this could be a sign of becoming metabolically adapted.⠀
⠀
This it might mean you will need to implement a diet break or refeed to help jump start things again. 🏃🏻‍♂️⠀

Developing an awareness around your hunger signals and what they actually mean can really help you 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗟 them.⠀

Всё-таки, сходить летом за ягодами было отличной идеей! Помню, так не хотелось идти в лес, там сыро и жучки, но пересилить себя стоило. Из брусники мы сварили варенье, а теперь, когда за окном так неуютно, можно радовать себя этим вкусом лета🧺
