  • I hate using syns for lunch when I can have a free option and save syns for chocolate but I have never been so happy to use syns for lunch as I was today! 3.5syns used but... I have eaten two meals in one day and I actually wanted to eat rather than forcing myself. 
Slim a soup, 2 pieces of chicken, a yoghurt and an orange- saved my grapes for the drive home from work. 
I can't wait to get home and devour steak and chips! I think my appetite is returning 😍

Hoping that being as my body is now being fed again it doesn't cling to it as it's weigh in tomorrow but whatever the outcome, I'm super proud of myself this week. 💪🏻 #SlimmingWorldUK #Slimstagram #SlimmingWorld #SlimmingWorldFollowers #MyJourney #FatToFit #NotANewMeJustASlimmerMe #HealthyEating #Diet

👉Do you ever find yourself looking at Instagram and Pinterest for new meal ideas and/or workout ideas?  And do you ever find yourself looking back at these ideas and following through?⁣

The reason I ask is because I was stuck in this scenario when I first started this page.  I would search and save, but never follow through.  Even with my biology and nutrition degree, I found it difficult to follow what I knew.  I waited until tomorrow, which never did come.  But eventually, the one decision to start with one step, helped me in moving along.⁣😉

👉👉So I just wanted to put this out there because it's never too late to do the things you wanted to do.  Every single day you have the opportunity to tackle your fears and do everything you want to do.  It may not always be easy and it may take a bit of time to change old ways, but you will get there.  All you have to do is have a bit of patience and start today.⁣

P.S. If you are looking for a good soup recipe to try, I'd highly recommend using @barebonesbroth .  Using bone broth adds more protein to your soup (in comparison to chicken stock), which is great following a workout.  Lately, I have been adding chicken and steamed veggies to bone broth for a quick easy meal.  Sometimes, depending on how many more fats and protein I need, I also add some cheese!⁣😁
