  • Chocolate and coconuts are a winning combination in this smooth and creamy Chocolate Coconut Protein Fudge! Amazing stuff 😍😍 Ingredients:

3 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate Shake Mix 
15 g cocoa powder
60 g coconut oil
60 g full-fat coconut milk
60 g raisins
1 tbsp of desiccated coconut

Method:

Combine the Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut oil, full-fat coconut milk, and raisins into a food processor and blend until smooth. Line a small baking dish with cling film and transfer the mixture to the dish, smoothing down to create an even layer. Sprinkled with desiccated coconut and transfer to the freezer to set for 30 minutes before slicing.

  • Looking for an absolutely amazing protein rich meal, look no further than this stunning salmon and wild rice dish. Everything Nina @tastethefitlife produces is beautiful, nutritious and health focused. She is an up and coming food superstar!⁣
. ⁣
Here’s how she did it👇🏼⁣
. ⁣
Wild rice ⁣
Sauté half a leek in 1 Tsp oil in a pot on medium heat. Once softened, add 1 1/2 cups wild rice and 3 cups of water plus your preferred vegetable stock. Simmer gently with a lid until cooked and all the water has been absorbed (typically 35 mins). Separate rice grains with a fork and cover before serving.⁣
. ⁣
Salmon ⁣
Sprinkle salt and pepper on your salmon and add to a hot pan. Don’t disturb and let it cook for about 5 mins or until you see a golden crust forming. Turn and cook for another minute, before turning off the heat and letting it rest in the pan, for slightly pink in the middle salmon. Slightly longer for cooked through but remember even off the heat, the salmon will keep cooking.⁣
. ⁣
Serve up with your fav salad, sprinkling roasted pumpkin seeds and milled black sesame (see previous posts) for added nutrients and flavour. Full of Omega 3, 6 and 9 it’s a light but satiating dinner option that also punches above its weight with complex carbs and fibre. Bon appetite! 🤓 Left over wild rice is food prep, so cook extra salmon and veg and you have at least one of your meals sorted for tomorrow to stay on track!⁣

  • HOW TO GET ENERGY IN THE MORNING 🍏 
This recipe has 2 ingredients! Celery + lemon. You can blend 4 cups of celery and 1 peeled lemon into the blender and then use a nut milk bag or strainer to separate the pulp from the liquid (or drink it as a smoothie!) .
It has been a goal of mine to include this drink into my MORNING RITUAL on a regular basis, as a coffee replacement! .
This goal-setting with drinking celery juice regularly got my thinking about goals and how to stay focused on them. .
If you have a goal, but you think it's impossible...

  • HOW TO GET ENERGY IN THE MORNING 🍏

Well they really make it super easy for you! 
Once your on a plan that’s customized for you. You will know how many containers of each food group you’re supposed to eat. 
There’s a super simple app you can add in your containers throughout the day! 
It also tracks your water intake! Cause I know I’m lacking there! 💧💧 I’ve been using the containers for more than two years now so it’s become habit for me to portion my food even when I don’t have the containers. 
That’s been one of the keys of keeping my nutrition on track!
