  • 💥Retour sur ma séance dos/pecs d'hier
Écrit dans ce sens car dominante de dos dans cette séance, mais en vrai je commence toujours par les exos de pecs. C'est trop dur d'enchaîner l'inverse, de se donner sur des mouvements push après des mouvements pull.
🏋🏻‍♀️Après des mois à faire du DC haltères et galère à passer les 36kg (18x2) j'ai décidé de revenir aux basiques, un bon vieux DC à la barre. En appliquant les conseils de @arielb_tlm et @allmusculation de leur vidéo pour progresser sur les pecs. J'ai donc mieux ancré mes pieds au sol, fait attention au placement de mes épaules, à garder une cambrure et le torse bombé, à bien respirer... Et... Bizarrement et beh ça fonctionne! J'ai passé ma première barre à 40kg en 8 reps. Bon 🆗 c'est plus "facile" de charger à la barre qu'aux haltères... Mais quand même ! 👏
🏋🏻‍♀️Puis le dos ! Je ressens tellement mieux mes dorsaux sur les exos de tirage vertical. J'ai l'impression qu'avant je me contentais de tirer sur la poulie sans vraiment comprendre ce que je faisais🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. J'ai voulu tester depuis 2-3 séance le rowing chest assist... Mon dieu quelle horreur je déteste 🤬🤪. Je suis bien consciente que je déteste parce que la technique n'est pas maîtrisée et que j'ai aucun ressentie par rapport au rowing classique. Donc on va rester en terrain connu hein 😏🙄😁. Pour aujourd'hui cardio, au programme: cardio 💦💦💦

Fruits, veggies and berries that are juiced, dried and then encapsulated. It’s a must because even as a vegetarian, I just can’t eat the required amount on a daily basis to maintain optimal health.🤷🏻‍♀️

  • Расскажу, как продвигаются дела с сахаром😆напомню, что 2 недели назад я отказалась от него полностью☝️
Отчет:
1. В самом начале не хочется сладкое, ты настроена на цель и даже не смотришь  в сторону вкусняшек
2. Через неделю, уже начинаешь засматриваться на сладости, хочется кусочек, но держишься. Кстати начала лучше спать, возможно это причина отказа
3. Спустя две недели, мне пришлось сорваться и сьесть сникерс😑но все девочки меня поймут, так как раз в месяц мы становимся пылесосами и сметаем все на своем пути. Честно, я себя простила за это и продолжаю двигаться дальше. 
Следующий отчет напишу уже в конце эксперимента) поэтому следите😁
