Fiz esses cookies sem pretenção nenhuma de postar. Samir e eu estavamos com vontade de um docinho, e eu usei o que tinha em casa 💁🏼‍♀️

Receita: misturei um ovo batido no garfo com 40g de choco 75% | em outro pote coloquei 3 colheres de farinha, que pode ser qualquer uma que você queira (eu usei: farelo de aveia, linhaça e amendoas) + 1 colher de adoçante (usei erythritol) + 1 colher rasa de cacau em pó. Depois incorporei as duas misturas e fiz o formato de cookies e por cima coloquei castanha no pará picada | teve uns que add peanut butter na massa ao inves de castanha do pará e não ficou tão bom 😬 | Depois é só levar pro forno por uns 15min 👌🏻 Esse cookie me lembrou o sabor de um buscoito que eu comia na infancia, aquele de chocolate da piraquê, sabe? •

BERRY OVERNIGHT OATS🍓

The evening before, pour about 200mL of boiling water (or milk of your choice) in a bowl. Then add 30 grams of steel-cut oats + 15 grams of oat bran + 5 grams of chia seeds. Mix it with a fork or a spoon then cover the bowl after a few minutes. Let it soak overnight in the fridge.

In the morning, reheat the bowl and add about 100 grams of frozen mixed berries + a few almonds and mix it. 
Sprinkle some cinnamon on top for the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory boost and eat it while it’s still warm 😍

This is a question we see in the DM often. TBH, for a long time we were kind of like …🤷‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ whenever we’d see this question - which was our honest answer because we hadn’t really explored any. A few months ago we decided to check out some vitamins that our trusted sources were using, and over and over again we saw @ritual as the recommended choice. 
We should preface this by saying we are BIG on getting our daily nutrients from food … which is why we love a good colorful plate filled with tons of veggies, fruit, complex carbs, healthy fats and protein. Diet first always. But often times there are still gaps that need to be filled for those nutrient shortfalls … which is where our Ritual vitamins come into play! They’re packed with 9 essential nutrients - half of which our our nutritionist had suggested we take already (Vitamin D3, B12 + Magnesium to name a few…) Convenience is key here - it’s no secret that it’s much easier & less time consuming to remember one pill … makes it a no brainer for us daily.
