Ingredients:
Base:
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup cacao powder
8 Medjool dates pitted
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Filling:
1 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup or alternative
1/4 cup cacao butter
Peppermint oil (to taste)

Topping:
1 tbsp rice malt syrup or alternative
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup cacao butter

Method:
1. Using a food processor blend all base ingredients until sand like consistency.
2. Press into a lined baking tray and freeze for 10 minutes
3. Using a food processor blend all filling ingredients until a smooth consistency
4. Spread on top of base and freeze for a further 30 minutes
5. Melt all topping ingredinets in a pan and mix until smooth and glossy
6. Pour on top of filling and freeze for 1-2 hours or until set.

Postupak je isti.Sastojke ubaciti u blender i blendati dok se ne dobije jednolična homogena smesa.Na kraju ubaciti orahe i vrlo malo izblendati,da bi ostao krckav.Odložiti u zamrzivač.

Na najslabijoj temperatuti istopiti sastojke i ostaviti da se ohladi. Preliti preko fila i posuti kakao prahom i mlevenim orasima.

Прожив полгода без глютена, хочешь не хочешь а научишься менять привычные продукты на нужные. Рисовая, каштановая, пшенная, амарантовая, киноа, гречневая, ореховая - раздолью для фантазии нет предела, знай только где и как заменить.

Яблочный пирог - это самый простой способ сделать вкусный десерт. Главное нарезаьь полную форму яблок (килограмм-полтора), сбрызнуть лимонным соком и сдобрить корицей и кардамоном. Сверху тесто.

Хочется меньше теста - взять 3 яйца, больше - 5-6. Взбить миксером до пышности с щепоткой соли и сахаром (ксилит, кокосовый). А дальше мука из расчёта 30 г на 1 яйцо. Но на самом деле я уже давно все делаю без весов, на глаз. Главное не густое тесто.

Кстати, отличная идея - взять молотые тыквенные семечки вместо части муки. Это вам цинк и магний.

Вылить сверху и выпекать 50 мин при 180 гр. при необходимости прикрыть фольгой.

Poriadne zmiesame a dosladime. cesto mierne doriedime vodou, po premiesani dame na velky plech  a pecieme 25 min 180st. Po vychladnuti z korpusu vyrezeme 3 okruhle platy (zvysky cesta nevyhadzujte daju sa pouzit na další dezert, GULICKY)

Krem 💙 100g ricotta 💙 300g odtucneneho tvarohu z vanicky 💙 polka nakrajaneho manga a 5ks nakrajane merunky 💙 pomarancova stava alebo pomarancove BOLERO 💙 sladidlo

Zmiesame ricotu, tvarohom a sladidlom. Pridame nasekane ovocie - krem potom mozeme zlahka premixovat tycakom = budeme mat este mensie kusky ovocia.. Agar povaříme vo vode do rozpustenia v pomarancovom boleru a vmiesame do kremu. Potom jednoducho vrstvime korpus, krem korpus, krem…. Hotovy dortik posypeme lyofilizovanymi a nechame stuhnut do druhého dna v lednici

  • Cokoladovaaaaa s kokosovym mliekom a cucoriedkami ☺️ 😍 aj v ceste 😉 neskutocne vlacny 😍 Tento koláčik som robila druhýkrát, lebo som chcela trosku pozmeniť ingrediencie a hlavne prerátať na váhu a nie na hrnčeky 🤪 a dobre som urobila 😊 pochutil 😜 foto je stará, kolac vyzerá rovnako, fotka sa mi páčila a fotiť sa mi nechcelo 😁
SUROVINY
200g mletých orechov (namiesala som 100g mandli, 100g lieskových orechov)
50g muky (pohánkovej) 
50g kakaa
25g cokoladoveho proteinu (možno vynechat)
Sladidlo (30g erytritolu, 40g kokosoveho cukru)
1 CL prasku do peciva bez fosfatov
1/4 CL soli
150g cucoriedok (mrazených)
30g orieskoveho masla (ja som pouzila mandle -kokos-100%-na čokoláda od @lifelikefit)
50g kokosoveho oleja
100g kokosoveho mlieka z konzervy (možno zameniť za obyčajné)
2 CL vanilkoveho extraktu
2 vajcia

POSTUP
V miske si zmiesame muku, orechy, cukor, sodu, sol a kakao. V mixeri rozmixujeme kokosovy olej, mlieko, cucoriedky a vanilkovy extrakt. Pomocou varechy alebo lizatka vmiesame rozmixovane mokre suroviny do suchych. Pozor, aby sme nepremiesali, miesame, len kym sa duroviny nespoja. Vznikne tuhe cesto, nezlaknite sa 😀 V inej miske rozslahame mixerom vajcia, kym nie su nadychane. Do cesta ich pomaly vlejeme a opatrne vmiesame. Cesto je stale huste, ale uz menej. Rozotrieme do 24 cm tortovej formy a pecieme 25 minut na 170 stupnov, skontrolujeme sparadlom, pozor, aby ste ho neprepiekli, ma byt vlacny.
😉 nechame vychladnut. Zatial si pripravime polevu roztopenim cokolady v kokosovom mlieku, 100 g cokolady a okolo 5 lyzic mlieka, upravte podla konzistencie 😊, nalejeme na tortu a ozdobime cucoriedkami 😊 My sme nevydržali kým poleva stuhne 🙈

  • Wir kennen ihn doch alle, den Becherkuchen. Er gelingt einfach immer, da er super easy ist und schmeckt trotz der Leichtigkeit einfach richtig lecker.

Ich habe aus Mama´s genialen Becherkuchen, welcher leider eine absolute Kalorienbombe ist, eine gesunde Variante gebacken und bin wahnsinnig überrascht vom Ergebnis. Einfach traumhaft lecker!

Zutaten für eine 18cm Springform: 🍫3 Eier
🍫1 Becher Erythrit + Flavdrops (Milchschokolade von @got7nutrition) oder etwas Süßstoff
🍫1 Becher Protein Pulver (@anovonafitness Veganeo Schoko Nuss)
🍫1 Becher Skyr
🍫1 Becher Mandelmilch
🍫1 halber Becher Kakaopulver stark entölt
🍫1 halber Becher Kokosöl
🍫1 Becher Dinkelmehl
🍫7g Weinstein Backpulver

Zubereitung: 🍰3 Eier mit einem Becher Stauberythrit (Erythrit im Mixer zermahlen oder fertiges kaufen) sehr schaumig rühren.
🍰Nach und nach alle Zutaten unterrühren.
🍰Den Becher Dinkelmehl mit Weinstein Backpulver vermengen und zum Schluss in den Teig rühren.

  • Wir kennen ihn doch alle, den Becherkuchen. Er gelingt einfach immer, da er super easy ist und schmeckt trotz der Leichtigkeit einfach richtig lecker.

    Ich habe aus Mama´s genialen Becherkuchen, welcher leider eine absolute Kalorienbombe ist, eine gesunde Variante gebacken und bin wahnsinnig überrascht vom Ergebnis. Einfach traumhaft lecker!

    Zutaten für eine 18cm Springform: 🍫3 Eier
    🍫1 Becher Erythrit + Flavdrops (Milchschokolade von @got7nutrition) oder etwas Süßstoff
    🍫1 Becher Protein Pulver (@anovonafitness Veganeo Schoko Nuss)
    🍫1 Becher Skyr
    🍫1 Becher Mandelmilch
    🍫1 halber Becher Kakaopulver stark entölt
    🍫1 halber Becher Kokosöl
    🍫1 Becher Dinkelmehl
    🍫7g Weinstein Backpulver

    Zubereitung: 🍰3 Eier mit einem Becher Stauberythrit (Erythrit im Mixer zermahlen oder fertiges kaufen) sehr schaumig rühren.
    🍰Nach und nach alle Zutaten unterrühren.
    🍰Den Becher Dinkelmehl mit Weinstein Backpulver vermengen und zum Schluss in den Teig rühren.
    🍰Den Teig in eine befettete Form geben.
