  • Which emotions do you add to your food?

I think it can make such a huge difference with which feelings and emotions you eat your food. Its like adding the right amount of spices to your food.

My personal rule for myself is, that no matter what I was eating I will never hate myself afterwards because it was too much or not the right kind of food.

There are at least three meals a day so if one wasn´t perfect I always have two more to make a new decision.

Ich denke es macht einen sehr großen Unterschied welche Gefühle wir haben während wir essen. Das ist wie das Essen richtig zu würzen.

  • Pools of reflection. May you peer deeply into the waters of your soul and find your wild spirit gazing back.

Thinking back on this hike I took a few weeks ago and being alone in the woods with my thoughts. I've spent a lot of time working through some things and trying to find peace and forgiveness. This morning I woke to a message from a friend that I thought I would never speak to again. At one time, this person meant so much to me that I was willing to let go of parts of myself in order to maintain our connection. I was existing as a woman whose inside did not match her outside. Within me there was an intense battle happening. I needed to let go or I would truly lose myself. I spent a lot of time in reflection fueled by anger, pain, and a deep need to find acceptance and forgiveness. The wild spirit within me was no longer wild - it was subdued and I could barely find the glimmer of her beind my eyes. But each day the shine of what was left of her became brighter and brighter until one morning I woke up with joy in my heart and a smile on my face and I thought, "There you are. I've missed you," and I began, once again, to cultivate my own happiness. I am so thankful for my wild spirit.

  • How do we define ‘Abundance’? I recently wasn’t contacted to create a custom pyramid for someone who wanted to attract “abundance.” When I received his email, one of the first questions in my reply was “what type of abundance?” For some it’s financial, others love or health, abundant growth in their gardens or abundance in self love... And, when we call in, for example, financial abundance, are we setting ourselves up for disappoint if we don’t consider, and give thanks for all of the abundance already manifest in our lives? If we fail to strengthen our Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras in our intentions for financial abundance are we setting ourselves up to live in a space of always wanting more and sacrificing the good of the whole for our own short term personal gain? And... if we forget to connect our intentions for abundance to the truth in our heart, our ability to strengthen the voice to communicate our needs, our ability to receive and implement guidance from our Higher Self, then what will all this “money” really do for us throughout our lives and will it really matter if we lose awareness of our center? 
So... I created his pyramid and a whole series of Abundance pyramids to attract wealth in the physical, emotional and Spiritual realms of our life. a portal arrives for us to intentionally walk through. we are being ushered into the next phase of building. what are you called towards right now? this is less about the surface level of decision making and more about what your body calls you towards. the ace of pentacles promises the building of ultimate fulfillment. if you follow the pentacles journey, it ends in the 10 of pentacles (having everything you need, feeling secure, being able to take care of family/community). so this moment is building to that. expect that when you begin, when you truly BEGIN the work, some stuff isn't going to go to plan. the ace of pentacles isn't really about having a plan, it's about starting to move and making the plan as things unfold. i'm not saying jump into anything, i'm saying move with intention and allow for things to change or be sticky or difficult (especially at first). i'm saying give yourself some time before you understand everything about what you're doing. sometimes the most difficult part of building is letting something(s) go. the oracle card today is associated with the phrase "wave of mutilation" which sounds really scary but is a gift. you are being called to move towards what's real. and that makes all the things that were always meant to fall away do just that. and that can bring up feelings of pain, insecurity, and fear. you don't have to let go of these feelings to move forward. you can take them with you and work on them as you build. it's ok to do that. it's ok to not have it all figured all the way out. listen to your body, listen to your deepest wants, the ones you feel are most real and true. because even if it's not at first, those desires are setting you up for the success you have been looking for (maybe material, maybe in terms of emotional/physical fulfillment, maybe both). you know what you want and you know what you need. i trust you, it's ok to trust yourself. much love and respect, always.

  • ♡ Emotions are not your enemy. When you open up to them, when you let them surface, and when you feel them they are actually your biggest ally.

In essence, emotions are just energy moving through the body. But we label them as good, bad, tough, welcome or not welcome. Tough emotions usually get repressed, ignored, pushed away, judged/labelled and/or made less. When we decide that we dont want to feel certain emotions because they painful or unpleasant, we basically declare them the enemy. And at one point they will start acting like on aswell.

Repressed emotions will always search for an outlet. They need to be seen, heard and released, one way or another. When we keep pushing them away, they wíll find other ways to alert us that we have some unfinished business. Think muscletension, headaches, skinissues, pain, heartpalpitations, high bloodpressure etc.
.
So then what to do? Make your emotions into your ally. Open up, invite them in, give them space, be gentle, feel them, express them and then release. Give your emotions a leading position. They will tell you exactly how you feel about something and what is good or not good for you.
.
When you embrace your emotions and truly connect to them, they can give you vital information. Information that will help you live the life that is best for you. Is it scary to do? Probably. Is it vulnerable? That probably too. But, is it liberating? Yes. Is it empowering? Yes.
.
Befriend your emotions. They want to help you, they want to balance you ♡
