I was diagnosed with ๐™‹๐™ค๐™จ๐™ฉ-๐™ฅ๐™–๐™ง๐™ฉ๐™ช๐™ข ๐˜พ๐™–๐™ง๐™™๐™ž๐™ค๐™ข๐™ฎ๐™ค๐™ฅ๐™–๐™ฉ๐™๐™ฎ exactly 2 weeks after I delivered my son in 2014. The journey since then (left pic) hasn't been easy but I've learned a lot thru my physical, emotional and mental transformation. -

๐Ÿ’— We all have our beginnings, but ๐™ฃ๐™š๐™ซ๐™š๐™ง compare yours with those around you. It will rob you off the things that make you ๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™ฆ๐™ช๐™š ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™—๐™š๐™”๐™Š๐™๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™›๐™ช๐™ก.
๐Ÿ’— It's never going to be easy. ๐™”๐™ค๐™ช ๐™œ๐™š๐™ฉ ๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™ง๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™š๐™ง. some days are chill and some days you struggle and it's perfectly okay. Just breeze thru it and know that the next day is another chance to make it better.
๐Ÿ’— Rejoice in your wins and acknowledge your losses. It's okay to make mistake, learn from them, let it motivate you and find meaning in each of them for a better you.
