  • Had the chance to participate in a rocket yoga with teacher @binibiniyogini.
Part of our class sequence is to do an Eka pada koundinyasana to handstand. First time doing that and it was in an actual class. I thought it was just pure luck and adrenaline to do have done that. Then I Decided to do it after class with a shaky OAH. Here's my flow.. Enjoy!
