- Use what you got.
You don't always have to have loads of kit to create a gym.
In fact, one Kettlebell and therabands can be enough alongside bodyweight exercises. - Here, i used an old office chair for bulgarian split squats
- A football for elevated arm press-ups
- Therabands - although used in rehab, go for higher reps for the muscle burn
- Plates, adapted to use in squats,
- Tree as a marker for the distance for fireman walks, bear crawls and over the head plate carries.
- Two kettle bells to vary the stations
Use what you got, you can always create.
