This is a little snipet from my Chest + Triceps workout this morning ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ

Here I am switching things up and using a fast tempo to do explosive reps, which will really activate those type 2 muscle fibres and increase strength + power ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ this is great training if you do athletic sports which demand powerful movements โ›น๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ

The first exercise is Flat Bench Press - - > then 45 sec rest - - > followed by French Press (Lying Tricep Extension) ๐Ÿ”ฅ

If you have had shoulder injuries in the past like I have (rotator cuff), then I would not advise lowering the dumbells down too far during the bench press and touching them to your chest. You will still get full activation of the pectorals by lowering until your upper arm is parallel to the floor and your shoulders will thank you for it in the long run ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜Ž

When doing the French Press it is better to angle the forearm back so you can lower the bar behind the head. Keep the elbows in a fixed position. This will maintain tension on the Tricep and lead to more hypertrophy (muscle gain) ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

You don't always have to have loads of kit to create a gym.

In fact, one Kettlebell and therabands can be enough alongside bodyweight exercises. - Here, i used an old office chair for bulgarian split squats
- A football for elevated arm press-ups
- Therabands - although used in rehab, go for higher reps for the muscle burn
- Plates, adapted to use in squats,
- Tree as a marker for the distance for fireman walks, bear crawls and over the head plate carries.
- Two kettle bells to vary the stations

Use what you got, you can always create.
