  • Look. If you want to grow as a Pilates instructor, you need to commit to refinement. If you want a loyal client following, if you want full books, if you want a true CAREER in this world—you need to be constantly asking how you can improve you technique and critical eye. Otherwise, you’re going to get stuck.  We’ve seen this happen time and time again, but also recognize how difficult it is to keep growing after teacher’s training is over.

We’ve realized that so much of the “continuing ed” opportunities out there are about flash and entertainment than they are actually sharpening your blade. 
You don’t need 100 bells and whistles to rock a client’s world and change their life. You need MASTERY over the dozen exercises that WORK. You know these sequences and moves. But you can ALWAYS go deeper, and you must if you want this to be your life’s work.

We’re serious about our Pilates (if you couldn’t tell) and we take the responsibility of shaping Pilates EXPERTS just as seriously.  If you want to go deep, and really step into the ring as an instructor and leader in the field—join us at our ReALIGNment Experience.

This is all about:
1. Forging personal relationships with mentors and peers
2. Learning in a cohesive environment from a TRUE education standpoint
3. Dispelling the notion that you need more flashy things to really capture the client

  • Hey hey hey , I’m slacking like shit . I know I know ! 🤦🏽‍♀️ this week has been absolutely insane BUT we here & we’re still very blessed and highly favored ! So this post is all about legs ! My legs were literally going to fall off as I was walking out the gym , had to waddle the whole way to the car 🐧 it’s cool tho bc Ain’t no chicken legs honey ! 😂 Here is how I went from legs to noodles : 🌸 15 minutes walking at 4.0 inc @ 3.5 mph 🌸 Hip thrusts w/ band : 
4x10 @ 90lbs 🌸 Barbell squat : 
4x12 @ 50 lbs 🌸 Overhead walking lunges :
3x12 w/ 35lbs 🌸Deadlifts: 
4x15 @ 50lbs 🌸 KB RDL’s 
3x12 @ 35lbs 
Vans all day on legs , the grip is unbeatable man ! My bad on the literal silence 😂😂 still tryna figure the best ways to edit these .
