I have been told in the past that I workout too much or if I go somewhere to see people (that normally don’t workout) they say,
“Oh, you can skip today right? Seriously, you’ll be fine!”

What those kinds of people don’t realize is that the gym is not just for looks
In fact,
I feel as though the reason I have been able to be so consistent for so many years is because I use training as my therapy🙏🏼
It makes me happier, relaxed, I can think straight and it relieves a lot of stress I have

So no, I will not skip the gym today because it is something that makes me feel better, I will probably be a lot nicer to you afterwards (😂) and this is my lifestyle

Being consistent in the gym and prioritizing your health helps you in many different areas of life as well

  • It’s a bittersweet saying goodbye to these little two! For those who keep up on my stories, you’ve probably seen them nonstop😂 it was such a good experience meeting such a friendly stray cat and later finding out she was pregnant. I loved watching these two grow up and hanging out with them for hours a day. I’m glad we were able to find her kittens safe homes with owners that love them more than they would ever know😻❤️

Does that mean i have a bad relationship with food?

The  answer is No, i would say that i have a very good self awareness of my actions and what my mind tells me at points of a dieting phase. The best way to being self aware of these issues with relationship with food is by asking this: “Did I do this out of fear from a negative thought or did I do this out of a purpose for  long term self improvement?

For most people nowadays in the fitness and bodybuilding crowd this issue starts to get more common,and for good reason,people can develop these things if they aren't careful for their reasonings why. If you start a diet or restrict yourself from eating without a purpose,then there's a good chance that you can develop bad relationships and associations with why you do what you do and letting progress stall. 
At the end of the day do things that give you purpose and meaning not things that make you stall and digress. If things have purpose than that's progress
