  • An old acquaintance I ran into today asked me if I still train. You'd think by looking at me he could tell! ;)⁣

 Instead of being sarcastic I chose to answer nicely and told him that I will continue for as long as there's one last breath left in me, because taking care of my health ensures that my last breath is still many years from now.⁣

It's a shame when people don't care for themselves as they age. I have one body only; I must take good care of it, and I hope you will too.

  • SQUAT PROGRESSION 😇
First time trying to barbell squat vs now! So satisfying seeing yourself getting stronger! Took me a long time to practice technique/form with ligther weight cause i used to do half squats (not going low enough) with heavy weights and call it a squat lmfao 💀I finally feel like im able to progress & i’m slowly increasing the weight! Cannot wait to hit a full plate vvvvv sooon 🙏

  • Our HFM Ryan has been working with Sue for some time now, and began training and working rehab with her after she had undergone a hip replacement.
 Sue works unbelievably hard, overcoming obstacles and barriers some of us will never face. Today, Sue can proudly say she completed a national fitness challenge- Dark Fate. Who would have thought this is the position she would be stood in after such a huge operation. Tai va, šiai dienai būčiau sėdėjus su minus 100eur... 😂🤷‍♀️ Kai pasakė kur lėksim, vos neiškritau!! Omg yes, yes, yes! 💣💣💣 Atvažiavom iš Vilniaus TIK dėl to, jog išbandyti naują sporto klubą @energygym.siauliai 😊💪 neturiu žodžių apsakyti kaip čia viskas nerealu.. Ta atmosfera, erdvumas, dizainas.... Kai draugas @jaliunas parekomendavo, jau nuo tada varvinau seilę žiūrėdama į nuotraukas.🤤 Man, kaip sporto manijakei, tai buvo geriausias šeštadienis! Labai laiminga, kad turiu žmogų, kuris mane taip pažįsta, kuris įgyvendina visas spontaniškas idėjas ir kuris gyvena sportu kaip ir aš😍 šita ekskursija po gymą užskaityta! Praleidome 2.5h salėje, buvau nufotkinta iš kiekvieno kampučio, išbandžiau puse treniruoklių... Skauda ir pečius ir užpakalį 🙄🙄🤷‍♀️😂 Aš kartais labai užjaučiu Edgarą, kad turi mane fotografuoti, filmuoti, o po to dar ir mano piktą veidą matyti, kai poniai kažkas neįtinka😂 myliu aš jį. ❤️

Pretty easy session today, everything felt good. Been two weeks since I’ve benched so was definitely ready to get back under the bar.

Sports nutritionist and former natural bodybuilder. From 2008 to 2013 I have competed in around 15 competitions in different organizations in Europe and the US. I placed 1st at the German Championships in 2009 and 2nd at the Worlds in the same year as my best results. In 2009, simultaneously to competing at the German and Worlds Championships, I also completed my degree in Nutrition Science and worked since then as a sports nutritionists and coach, with different kinds of athletes, ranging from natural bodybuilders to Olympic athletes. I have written four books about nutrition for strength athletes, supplements and fat loss and over 2000 articles for different, mainly german, blogs, magazines, communities and websites and I was a regular speaker at FIBO, Germany, the worlds leading fitness exhibition over the last 10 years.
