✖️Reverse-Grip Seated Military Press✖️

The shoulders: they’re critical muscle group for chiseled, toned arms. They are one of the major factors for a totally Aesthetic physique.. the wider the better for the desired V shape of your upper body. Unfortunately, they can also be pretty hard to develop!
If you got tired of standard shoulder exercises and are in search of something new, I give you this variation of the normal plus great Military Barbell Press. The Reverse-Grip Seated Military Press. The reverse-grip gives to your shoulders one great after-burn effect like no other shoulder exercises. It’s safer for your shoulder joints and the seated position reduces your ability to cheat.

▪️Target Muscles: Anterior Deltoid
▪️Synergists: Lateral Deltoid | Triceps Brachii | Clavicular Pectoralis Major | Trapezius, middle and lower ▪️Stabilizers: Serratus Anterior | Trapezius, middle and lower | Supraspinatus
▪️Mechanics: Compound
▪️Difficulty: Beginner

➖➖EXECUTION➖➖
▪️Sit down on the bench and grab the barbell so that your palms are facing towards your body.
▪️Pick up the weight and place it in front of your face down to your chest.
▪️Push the weight upwards till your arms are almost locked out. Do not lock your elbows out at the top of the press. This will safeguard your elbows as well as keep the tension on your shoulders.
▪️Lower the weight back down to your chest. ▪️Repeat for desired reps.

  • Yes, those are sweat beads all over my arm 💪💦 because I don't train half assed. If I'm at the gym, I'm giving 100%. Granted, I've said it before and I'll say it again: You can't be your absolute best at everything every day. Some days 100% looks amazing, and other days it looks like garbage. But I'm still there giving it my all. Because life is too short and I have too many goals to be wasting my time giving minimal effort. 
Quality over quantity, my friends. Stop going to the gym to waste time and start putting in the f*cking effort.
