  • Sundays are for recovery! When most people hear recovery, they think of it as a lazy day; a day to just sit on the couch and go brainless watching hours of TV. However, a good recovery day could and should include some movement. You dint have to scrap your whole Sunday routine. What you can do is while you're watching TV, take the opportunity to do some stretches. Assess your week, try to recall if any particular movement or area of your body felt tight or just not right and use this opportunity to stretch and or do some corrective strategies (as in some SMR). Let's keep moving and moving well 💪🏾😊

Decided I’d do an update that no one asked for. Day 4/30 and my body is trying to get used to not being pumped full of sugar and soda, so I don’t feel great. It’s like I put so much sugar in my body for so long that it doesn’t know what to do. •

I was seriously drinking more than a two liter of soda every single day and I haven’t had but a sip of one in the last four days and it just tasted disgusting. 🤮

Not on a diet plan, just trying to make healthier choices. Haven’t had much of an appetite but thankful my 3 steps are filling my nutrient gaps of what I’m missing. 🙌🏽
