  • This may be a long post so bare with me... You’ve probably seen me post a lot about my workouts and my nutrition. I know, I totally get it, it can be annoying to some of you but let me tell you, I post my workouts for two reasons. 
First of all, I’ve struggled with my weight whole life and even more after my last pregnancy. I tried all sorts of diets and they worked for a little bit. Once I would get tiered of depriving myself from the foods I wanted to eat, I would go back to my old habits and back to square one! I had no clue about nutrition and I definitely didn’t know anything about my body and how to care for it. I lacked confidence and knowledge in taking care of my body on my own. 
With this program, I have completely been transformed. My transformation did not only happened physically but mentally as well. 
When I decided to sign up as a Coach, 2.5 years ago, I made the commitment to share my journey. I know what’s it’s like to be STUCK!!! To helplessly try every single fad diet that’s out there and have no results. My hope is for those who identify with me, to know that there is healthier way to loosing weight and keep it off!!! I post about my workouts daily because I want you to know that YOU CAN do it too!!! Second reason I post my workouts is for ACCOUNTABILITY! One of the biggest challenges we all deal with is having a powerful mindset to stay motivated and inspired. I totally get you, I’ve been there myself... We go to bed with the best intentions to wake up the next morning and workout right?! We set our alarm clock ⏰ and when it goes off in the morning we press the snooze 😴 and start to make up all the day excuses in the world for why you need to sleep 💤 * too tired
* I won’t have time
* I’ll start next week 
My goal is for you to see my post and motivate you! For you to see that I’m right there with you doing it too!!! We’re in this together. I want us to be accountability partners 🤜🏼🤛🏼 That’s it!!! Now that you know, I hope it makes a lot more sense to you. And with that being said, would you be interested in joining on my next challenge February 3!!! I’m really excited about this challenge and would love to have you on my team!!

  • What truly warms your soul? If you’re having trouble pinpointing, think about what lights up each of your five senses and use the filter: “does that feel like home to me”? It may be something silly, it may be something trivial, or it may be something momentous. But figure it out and DO IT. This is the last week of the month, cap it off on your terms. Here’s my top 5️⃣: physical movement while listening to music, connecting with people who really know me, spiritual study, belly laughing, and taking in nature outdoors.

Although I have only become a daily practicing witch within the past year, I have walked the path since 2012, when I rediscovered my previous footsteps, and an amazing teacher 🖤⁣

This person showed me the magic, showed me how we love ourselves and care for this Earth. How to protect and defend, but never harm, and how to find your own Personal Power 🔥⁣

One night after a long night at work, we sat under  The Full Moon discussing it all as it were, and I was gifted this Focus from my teacher and dear friend.⁣

Ever since that night, I have treasured this little Onyx Pewter pendant, and am grateful for the solace and protection it has brought me on my journey. ⁣

Just some ideas of where we need the help:

We need people willing to hang out with high school kids, middle school kids, & young moms. 
We need help with food/snack/ meals. 
We'd love help with planning events. 
We'll have fun opportunities to help with this summer.
And are always looking for snack donations (non perishable), bathroom/kitchen supplies, & one-time and monthly donors.

  • Get lost in the detail not the drama!

This weekend just gone has been so much fun, 
filled with family, love and laughter and it has been a great distraction for me and my thoughts.

For my husband and I are about to embark on a brand new adventure in our lives which will bring huge change.

And for me to get pulled into worrying thoughts of doubt is so alien, I find it easy to look on the bright side with no fear or negativity.

My blood type is even B+ so its deeply ingrained.

But I cannot bury my feelings, 
Worrying, doubting emotions are surfacing so I am giving them space to be heard.

For I know as a therapist and with personal experience if I just ignore them and bury them deep then they will still be there lurking around in my subconscious constantly emitting nasty negative vibes and flooding me with yet more worry whilst gaining power in the dark.

So I will do what I do best, practice what I preach and drag these nasties, kicking and screaming into the light.

My chosen methods today are;

Sharing with you beautiful people
Talking it out with my scrumptious husband, even though I saw this caused him pain and worry too but we cant always keep upset or fears from the ones we love for fear we may hurt them.

Give them chance to grow and help us too.

Meditated lots to calm and settle myself, and most importantly reconnected to my soul for that is where we manifest all of our dreams into reality, cut away the fears and follow our true path.

Answered all of my What ifs ?

And then once I recognised it was all fear and based on illusions not reality I constantly kept pulling myself into the present moment, never allowing the negative voices to draw me down the doomsday path.

Catching myself little and often before they took hold.

For example my tiny moments of pure joy this morning were,

Holding my daughter for just a few seconds more as I hugged her goodbye on her way to school, absorbing as much of her as possible.

Watching the ‘nard and Stan our silly dogs argue over a toy.

Stand out on my balcony in the dark and feeling the cold rain on my face.

Receiving a beautiful text from the hub.

Lighting my candle and drawing in the healing scent.

Oh I
