  • Keto Stuffed Mushrooms, I was really craving something savory.

Recipe:
1) Wash mushrooms to remove dirt.
2) Preheat oven to425°

8 oz pkg mushrooms, remove stems and set aside for stuffing.

For stuffing you will need:
Medium bowl
Mushroom stems finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1 clove minced garlic
1/2  tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper
1 stick salted butter

3)  Combine all stuffing ingredients in bowl.  Microwave on high for 3 - 5 minutes to combine, stirring every few minutes. 
4) Stuff Mushrooms, place in pan and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
5) Enjoy.

    Who doesn’t love pancakes? Just because you’re cutting down on carbs it doesn’t mean you have to eliminate it totally from your diet. 😉

    Ingredients:

refuelling after a very sweaty and challenging @barryscanada with this delicious sweet and savory breakfast 🤗 these are always so fun to make - and always satisfy me as well!
I did my first workout in about 5 days this morning, and it felt so good! usually when I travel, I make a point of taking a break from any planned or scheduled workouts. It’s a great excuse to give my body a break, and personally I’d way rather explore a city by doing lots of walking, and spend more time doing activities and being present in that city than spending time in a gym!
when I was in the depths of my eating disorder, working out every day on a trip was mandatory, so it’s pretty great to see how far I’ve come! no stressing, worrying, or guilt of any kind 💕
I hope this inspires you to maybe a take a break from scheduled workouts while you are on vacation, and see that you will survive, and hey... maybe you’ll even enjoy your trip even more! (as always, I’m just speaking for myself, but at the end of the day, you do what makes YOU happy 😘)
