This has got to be the simplest fish cake I have ever made.
No eggs, no salt, just plain tuna meat, bread crumbs and spices.

Always indulging in a bit more spice with a simple question in mind,” will this taste good with my dal and rice?”. Yes Kukie, it will!

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 tin of tuna meat(retain the oil/water inside for the mixture)
- 1 onion, finely chopped - 1 or 2 green chillies
- 2 stalks of curry leaves
- 1 tsp of fennel seeds
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1tsp of garam masala .

Method:
1. Open the tin of tuna and shred the meat with a fork until fine. Retain the salted water/ oil for mixing.
2. In a blender, blend all the ingredients together except for the onion.
3. In a frying pan, stir fry the blender mixture with the onions and a little oil until the onions become translucent.
4. Take the ingredients off the stove and mix with the fish using your hands.
5. Start squeezing the mix into tiny 10rs coin sized calls and flatten it to form a teeny tiny cake.
6. Fry on a pan on medium-high heat just to ensure a brown crust.
7. Serve with some fresh onion and lime. Enjoy!

  • Red Spaghetti with Bell Pepper and Ginger Scent by @fuelorganics💛 Recipe⠀
Ingredients⠀
12 oz/320 gr red spaghetti⠀
1/2 red bell pepper⠀
1/2 green bell pepper⠀
1/2 orange bell pepper⠀
1/2 red onion⠀
1 small piece of ginger, finely sliced⠀
Oil, salt and pepper⠀
⠀
Instructions⠀
Boil the pasta according to instructions.⠀
Place the onion and the ginger in a pan with two spoons of oil and cook for few minutes, till the onion turns gold.⠀
Slice the bell peppers very finely and place them in the pan with the onion. Let to cook for about ten minutes till they turn soft. Add a bot of water if necessary.⠀
When the pasta is ready place it in the pan with the vegetables, add a spoon of oil (optional), salt and pepper at taste, stir gently and serve. Enjoy! #veganfoodspace

  • I was CRAVING orange “chicken” yesterday, so I decided to throw together a recipe based off some I saw online (mostly @yupitsvegan) and it may be my FAVORITE dinner this year. I used tofu instead of chicken and chopped cauliflower florets instead of rice, and it’s been a GAME CHANGER. Happy Tuesday ✨

#dEATs: chopped cauliflower florets sauteed with olive oil and garlic oil over medium heat + sauteed asparagus + orange tofu. I placed the tofu between 2 paper towels to drain the water for 15 minutes. Then I cut it up into cubes and baked it with olive oil for 25 min on 400F. To make the sauce, I heated a saucepan over medium heat and used:
2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 orange cuties squeezed/juiced
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cornstarch
Took the tofu out of the oven, tossed it in the sauce, and voila!

Okay so I made these two ways so you have options —> gluten free and vegan/ gluten free, grain free, vegan, and kinda paleo (the chocolate isn’t technically But in moderation it’s allowed). so I’ll get to it —-> Directions: in about a 13x9 pan, lay parchment paper down. Melt 1 bag of @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate and pour about half of it over wax paper. Then, top it with filling of your choice (both are written below) and top that with another layer of chocolate. Put it freezer for at least 2 hours. DONE! So easy.
