This is the body of a woman who haven't been eating animals for almost 10 years. I remember being told that every vegan or even vegetarian ends up too skinny and malnourished after only few years of not eating meat and with recent popularity of veganism and unfortunately also ex-vegan posts and videos it's being used as an argument again. Supposedly lack of animal products in one's diet results in women losing their curves and become more masculine and men on the other hand losing their masculinity.
First of all, telling this to someone is incredibly wrong because you are suggesting that naturally thin less curvy girls are not beautiful enough and guys without huge muscles are not masculine. I'm all about people loving themselves. Secondly, if you are interested in veganism, don't get discouraged by these false claims. I've never felt more feminine.

Yes, veganism can be unhealthy if you don't do your research and I've been there too, but well balanced plant-based diet will do amazing things not only for you, but importantly if you care about the animals and our environment as well, this is the only way.
If you are currently reducing consumption of the animal products, let me know in the comments, so I can encourage you. Just be respectful, or your comment might get deleted. I've seen and heard all the trolling already, don't find it funny and want to keep this space positive. 💚 Also, my veg friends, what is the most ridiculous claim about veganism you've ever heard? 🌱
