untuk bf mom ni, jgn diet ketat sangat cuma keperluan makan sehat seimbang, senaman & perbanyakkan minum air sihat (hehe air putih la!) ๐Ÿฅฐ

1. sayur & buah-buahan; boleh jadikan snack tau! boleh try strawberry, avocados, pisang, bayam, brokoli, asparagus & carrot -
2.makanan yang kaya dengan protein; ini supaya dapat menjaga sel2 pada tubuh supaya tetap sihat & memperkuat lagi otot baby & beri energy juga. kalau kurang protein, mesti korang akan rasa cepat penat. boleh cuba telur, soya, yogurt, tahu & oat. elak dulu daging yang berlebih lemak hehe
