  • A ver...desde luego...HABAS haylas: verdes, frescas del día, pequeñitas y repelás,  locales, cuasi dulces...tanto que el resta CANTINA LA ESTACIÓN de Úbeda, las sirven como un pre-POSTRE al combinarlas con un HELADO de hierbas y cítricos  refrescante y limpiador ; original, atrevido y muy rico.  Ole!

  • ¡Qué afortunados somos en España! Y es que tenemos un producto de 10. Hoy hago homenaje a  la huerta navarrica, una de las regiones del país con mayor amor y devoción por sus productos vegetales (alcachofa, espárragos, pimientos, borraja, cardo, aceite, etc), además de ser muy bonita y con buena gente :) los espárragos los he pelado y cocido, y luego a la sartén con un poco de aceite. A parte una mayonesa casera con un poco de pasta de trufa negra. 👌
