  • スイカの季節ですね!
朝からスイカをたくさん食べました。
昨日スイカを買ったら、その後訪ねてきた両親もスイカを持ってきてくれたので、冷蔵庫がスイカでいっぱいです。
日本は果物が甘くて美味しい!と同時に高い!という声を聞きますね。
確かにバンコクに住んでいる時にスイカはもちろんマンゴーやパパイヤ、ココナツ、ドラゴンフルーツも安かったなぁと思い出しました。
日本では季節ごとに旬の果物を食べるという楽しみがありますね。今、それを満喫中です。

Aveces es bueno descansar un poquito de las redes y disfrutar más de la vida y de quienes están a nuestro al rededor....eso hice pero aquí de nuevo.

Las fresas son súper bajas en calorías, les recomiendo usar unas bien rojitas... yo solo conseguí estás pero estaban dulcesitas 😋.
Chocolate @lok_foods al 70%  derretido y maní triturado.
Lavar bien las fresitas y pasarlas por el chocolate derretido, esparcir un poquito de maní...puedes jugar con los ingredientes y agregar los toppings que quieras.

Ingredients: 125 g jasmin rice, 180 ml milk or water, 160 ml coconut milk, 1 tsp sweetener
Preparation: Just boil all ingredients and let it simmer for roughly 15 minutes!

I for one, eat wayyyy above this, but I just love all🍇fruits+veg🥦💘 Since I was small I’ve always loved them, but I really do understand it’s not as easy for some :) Even if you just have 1 or 2 portions a day and build it up over time- that is going to be amazing💫 Rather than feeling “bad” for not eating enough fruit+veg, be happy >where you are< and look to build better habits over time☀️🌈
