  • Just my favorite spot in the house, y'all. This color scheme makes my heart sing, and I know the house agrees. She picked it, after all. Gotta be honest, though. Today was one for the Ugly Books. I swear there are times when the kids are in full-on complain and argue mode. Every last request is like fighting Mike Tyson. Every last command is like trying to outrun Usain Bolt. And it is always (ALLLLWAYS) when Dad is out of town. I am so danged tired. Just knowing everyone is bathed and has their clothes ready for church feels like I've won gold at the Olympics. But I am officially DONE. Nighttime, hug me close. Oh, wait... After I pick up the third-born from his late shift at Publix at 11pm. ๐Ÿ˜ณ #forreals #raisinghumans #momlife #retrokitchen #vintagehouse #cheapoldhouses #mykitchen #sotired

This is my #PostWorkoutGlow ๐Ÿ˜‰ ...and it feels so good! โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”- #DailyPersistence pays off! 
After a busy day I got my workout in late last night {when I am actually following my motto #NeverHitTheHayWithoutPushingPlay , I am successful!!! ๐Ÿฅณ ๐ŸคฉImagine that?!? ๐Ÿค” ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‰} ...and after a great nightโ€™s sleep!! ๐Ÿ’ค ๐Ÿ›Œ {I can not believe I got 10 hours of sleep!? (and 9 yesterday) This #SleepNazi is OVER THE MOON โ€” super #happy! ๐Ÿคฉ like #ForReals ... ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ} AND I got todayโ€™s workout in, making a 5 for 5 this week! ...it feels so good to see and FEEL progress!

Look for the little #PositiveChanges in your journey... ๐Ÿ“‰measurements, ๐Ÿ‘š ๐Ÿ‘– clothes fitting better, ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ feeling better, ๐Ÿ› sleeping better, ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸคฉTHAT FEELING you get after a good workout... sigh... heaven. 
I took measurements and weight this morning and I am not only sleeping better ๐Ÿ˜ด, I have lost a few inches and 5 pounds already.

โ€”**This week and next, they are no longer than 20 minutes each! ***Perfect for a week long trip to another softball ๐ŸฅŽ tournament (World Finals!) in Reno! ๐Ÿคฉ ๐ŸŽ ๐Ÿ #Nutrition: Reining in my nutrition with the same #NutritionProgram I am #CertifiedTrainer in and will be leading you in my #Commit100 #Be100 Accountability Group starting July 29th! 
Prep work starts July 22nd.

Todayโ€™s was #DownBeatStrength ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ... again, only 18 minutes and my metabolism is in fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ... #JoinMe #Commit2OneHundred ๐Ÿ’ฏ #CommitTo100 #YouAreWorthIt ๐Ÿคฉ ...and so am I ๐Ÿ˜˜#PureHeartedFoodie
