  • A frequently asked question I get is how to train IN-SEASON.  Here's an example of an in-season training session. 
We're still hitting explosive power with the Olympic lift variation (DB Snatch), the plyometrics (Squat Jumps), and Trap Bar Deadlifts. 
The compound movement features Front Squat hitting the quads, glutes, and hamstrings all while working Thoracic Extension (upper back/posture).

The accessories were inverted chins ups and leg curls in which the goal is to maintain the muscle mass the was built in the off-season and pre-season.
