  • Добрый вечер 🌇 ! Попробуйте обязательно, это безумно вкусно😍. Нашла этот рецепт у себя под названием «котлеты по-турецки», но не знаю есть ли в них что-то турецкого😁 Главное очень вкусно и просто.

Поддержите рецепт лайком и сохранением😊🌹 Ингредиенты:
300-400 г фарша (средней жирности)
1 крупная луковица
2-3 ст.л панировочных сухарей
1 яйцо
Соль, перец по вкусу.

К фаршу добавляем лук измельченный через мясорубку или в ручную. Добавляем специи, сухари, яйцо  и тщательно вымешиваем фарш. Формируем и жарим с двух сторон до корочки. Перекладываем на салфетку. 
Теперь занимаемся овощным гарниром, который ну ооочень сочетался с этой вкуснотой.  Количество на ваше усмотрение. 
Обжариваем в сковородке лук мелко нарезанный, сладкий перец и морковь. Можно чеснок. Жарим около 5 мин, добавляем картофель. Его обжарка заняла около 15 мин, почти до готовности. Затем добавляем помидоры и томатн.пасту, соль специи и около 1 ст.кипятка. Перекладываем на овощи котлетки. Тушим на мелком огне под крышкой около 8-10 мин.

Envie de manger quelque chose de différent ce soir, j’avais très envie de manger un (ou deux 🧐) durums avec de la viande hachée (assaisonnée maison) avec quelques croquettes de pomme de terre 🥔. Ce n’est certes, pas le repas le plus sain, mais je pense que, selon moi c’est ça un mode de vie sain : savoir se faire plaisir sans culpabiliser, savoir écouter son corps, ses envies.

  • Mango ceviche by @therawboy. Ingredients:
3 mangos
2 scallions
handful cilantro
1/4 purple onion
the juice of 10 limes
2 serrano peppers
salt and pepper to taste, optional (pulse or kelp granules)
at least 1/2 avocado
you can complement the ceviche with rice, quinoa, tostadas, lettuce or whatever floats your boat! THE LONGER IT MARINATES THE BETTER IT TASTE
Ceviche picante de mango simple y fresco! 🕺🏻3 mangos, 2 cebolletas, un puñado de cilantro, 1/4 de cebolla morada, el jugo de 10 limónes, 2 chiles serranos, sal y pimienta al gusto, opcional: gránulos de alga y por último 1/2 aguacate 🥑 Puedes complementar el ceviche con arroz, quinoa, tostadas, lechuga o lo que se te antoje!

15 oz chickpeas
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini

4 slices bread of choice
Toppings
Cucumbers, red onions, mint
Avocadoes, radishes, cilantro
Sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, thyme/basil
Feta cheese, toasted pine nuts, parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or toaster oven.
2. Spread about 3 tablespoons of hummus on each piece of toast. Add the toppings of choice and enjoy immediately!

Who said diamonds are forever? You can bring me a Far-Far ring over a diamond ring any day! 💍. I made these for rakshabandhan because the oil was handy after making my homemade pea & potato samosas. These are definitely a once (or twice) a year treat! I can’t wait for Bodhi to try his first Far-Far. He’s gonna go WILD.

First to last: 1. Colourful Far-Far tubes (made from potato starch/sago). 2. Masala papad. 3. Cassava papad, Kenyan style with red chilli. All spectacular.

To marinate the mushrooms use about a cup of tamari or soy sauce, the juice of 2-3 limes, Serrano pepper and cilantro (marinate for at least 30 min).
Use a nori sheet to roll them in and add some favorite veggies.
Para serte sincero, me encantan los rollitos de verduras con arroz cocido; Eso dicho, esta es una excelente alternativa para todos los que prefieren no comer arroz o buscan una manera fácil de comer más verduras. No voy a mentir esta receta es deliciosa. También puedes hacer esto con coliflor, repollo, zanahorias, chirivía, quinoa, etc. Mi parte favorita de la receta es marinar los champiñones en salsa tamari. Para marinar los champiñones utilicé una taza de tamari o salsa de soya, el jugo de 2 a 3 limas, el pimiento Serrano y el cilantro (marinar durante al menos 30 minutos). Estoy usando una hoja de nori para enrollarlos y agregar algunos de mis vegetales favoritos. Espero y les guste.

  • Easy summer rolls by @foodwithfeeling. Ingredients:
8–16 sheets of rice paper (this makes 8 but you will need 16 if you want to double up the wraps for each roll. More about that below)
1 large carrot, peeled and julienned
1 mango, thinly sliced
1 cup of cabbage, shredded
1 small cucumber, julienned
1 small bell pepper, julienned
Lettuce leaves (you can use any greens here. I used about 4 large pieces of collard greens)
handful of mint (about 4 medium leaves per roll)
1 avocado, thinly sliced
peanut sauce for serving
Prepare your rice paper wraps as you’re ready to roll them but running each wrap under water for 5 seconds each. I like to use 2 wraps per roll and run them under the water at the same time. You can do this with just one wrap if desired. Lay the first wrap down (I find that doing this on parchment paper helps it not stick as much). Lay the second wrap down on top of the first so that there’s about an inch over hanging (this just give you more space to work with).
Lay the green leaves down in the center of the rice paper (I split mine into small pieces to make it easier). Stack up all of the veggies, mango, and the mint so that you’re using about 1/8 per roll. I usually just eyeball it to try and make them all even. Leave 1/2 of an inch clean on the sides.
Start rolling the wrap from one end and tuck it gently but tightly over the top of the veggies. Fold over the sides and continue to roll.
Enjoy immediately or the next day with a big bowl of peanut sauce!
