Ini enak banget, manis gurih rasanya, bikin nambah nasi berkali-kali sampe perut begah 😋⁣
Yg bikin nikmat itu madunya ya maaak, aku pake Madu Multi Sari Kelengkeng dari @helenafood 😋⁣
Kenapa disebut madu kelengkeng, karna diproses oleh lebah yg menghisap nektar bunga kelengkeng dan madunya murni tanpa melalui proses pemasakan dan gak dicampur sama zat kimia atau penambahan sirup gula lainnya ❤⁣
Insya Allah aman dikonsumsi langsung atau dibuat jadi masakan. Selain dipake jadi bahan masakan, aku konsumsi madu kelengkeng ini 1 sendok makan setiap pagi sama malam sebelum tidur, karna mengingat manfaat madu banyak sekali ❤⁣

- 500 gr udang, kupas sisakan buntutnya⁣
- 4 siung bawang putih, cincang⁣
- 5 sdm saus sambal⁣
- 7 sdm madu kelengkeng dari @helenafood⁣
- 1 sdt bubuk cabe⁣
- 1 sdt merica⁣
- 2 btg daun bawang, iris⁣
- 1 sdt maizena, larutkan dgn air⁣
- Gula⁣
- Garam⁣
⁣
Caranya:⁣
1. Tumis bawang putih sampai wangi, lalu masukan saus sambal, merica, bubuk cabe dan madu, aduk rata.⁣
2. Masukkan udang, aduk sebentar sampai berubah warna, beri sedikit air. Tunggu mendidih, beri gula dan garam. Aduk rata.⁣
3. Setelah bumbu meresap, masukkan larutan maizena, aduk cepat sampai kuah mengental. Matikan api, angkat dan sajikan.⁣

    Directions

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground tofu, onion and garlic. Cook until tofu has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; drain excess fat.

    Stir in bell peppers until tender, about 3-4 minutes

    Stir in tomatoes, green chiles, rice, vegetable broth, chili powder and cumin; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked through, about 20-25 minutes. Stir in cilantro.

    Remove from heat and top with cheeses. Cover until cheese has melted, about 2 minutes.

    Serve immediately.

Pasti sudah menyiapkan menu hidangan untuk keluarga tercinta kan. Siippp laahh, selalu menyajikan menu terbaik dan terenak yaaaa😊

Musim kemarau di Kota Medan seolah-olah mengharuskan untuk menyajikan menu yang gampang, simpel dan praktis, hidangan sayur yang segar, ringan tak terlalu berlemak, jadi pilihan. Di pajak kampung lalang banyak sekali sayur gambas/oyong hijau dan muda-muda. Sayang sekali rasanya jika tak membelinya. Dimasak pake kuah, temannya cukup ikan dencis sambal. Waaahhhh sedapppp😄😍😍

Bahan
🥒 2 buah oyong. Bersihkan kulit kerasnya, cuci bersih dan potong-potong
🥒 100 gram tauge
🥒 3 butir bawang merah, iris
🥒 2 butir bawang putih, iris
🥒 1 buah tomat besar, potong-potong
🥒 1/2 sdt lada
🥒 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur
🥒 1 batang daun bawang
🥒 Minyak untuk menumis
🥒 Garam dan gula secukupnya
🥒 Air secukupnya

Cara membuat :
🥗 Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan air. Biarkan mendidih
🥗 Tambahkan oyong, aduk rata, masak sampai setengah matang
🥗 Masukkan tauge, lada, kaldu jamur, tomat
🥗 Tambahkan daun bawang, koreksi rasa
🥗 Angkat dan sajikan
