  • So for around the price of £4 (that's excluding the carrots and onions not used) I have managed to get 4 meals worth of soup. Autumn is the time for batch cooking and I bloody love it! This was just a simple butternut squash and pumpkin soup recipe I found through the @knorruk website.

Tweaked the seasonings and spices and pimped it with some pumpkin seed oil and homemade garlic croutons. If I can do it - anyone can! 
Plus with it being a nice thick soup - can easily be used for a curry sauce so it's pretty damn versatile. You can even bulk it out more with some noodles or pasta.

In die Woche bin ich zwar etwas holprig gestartet, aber ich denke positiv🍀😊Dafür gab es heute noch etwas längerer Zeit mein Lieblingsessen🍝 Nudeln mit Bolognesesoße🤤

Für die Bolognesesoße zwei Schalotten und zwei Knoblauchzehen würfeln und in etwas Öl anbraten. 400G Rinderhack dazugeben und das ganze salzen, pfeffern und mit Holy Bolo @spice_bar würzen. Wenn alles krümelig angebraten ist zwei klein gewürfelte Möhren dazugeben sowie 2 El Tomatenmark. Mit 100ml Rotwein/Traubensaft/ ein Schuss Basamicoessig ablöschen und eine Flasche passierte Tomaten 🍅 dazugeben. Mit der Pizza und Pastazauberei @spice_bar würzen. 2 Teelöffel Tiefkühlkräuter sowie ein Teelöffel cleane Gemüsebrühe @spice_bar unterrühren und die Soße köcheln lassen. Je länger sie köchelt desto besser 😍😍

Lessa le #patate con la buccia per circa 30-40 minuti. Pelale ancora calde.⁠

Su un pianto versa la farina, schiaccia sopra le patate e versa l'uovo sbattuto con un pizzico di sale. Impasta velocemente per amalgamare gli ingredienti. Lavora solo il necessario, impastare troppo renderà gli #gnocchi molto duri.⁠

Dall'impasto ricava dei filoncini di 3cm di diametro. Con un tarocco taglia dei bocconcini spessi 2cm. Appiattisci il bocconcino sulla mano, metti al centro un cubetto di #gorgonzola e chiudi la pasta creando una pallina (come se fosse una polpetta). Passa lo #gnocco sul rigagnocchi e posizionalo su un vassoio con un canovaccio infarinato. Continua con tutti gli altri gnocchi posizionandoli ben distanziati sul vassoio.⁠

In una tegame fai sciogliere il #burro con qualche foglia di #salvia. Cuoci gli gnocchi in abbondante acqua salata. Quando verranno a galla scolali direttamente nel condimento. Spegni il fuoco, aggiungi il parmigiano e un mestolo di acqua di cottura per renderli più cremosi. Mescola bene e servi ben caldi!⁠

  • Another Monday, another Muffin recipe!😜 These #vegan 🍎APPLE CRUMBLE PROTEIN MUFFINS🍎 are full of apple cinnamon goodness with a buttery oat crumble on top.🙌🏼 They also happen to be gluten-free, low in fat and sugar, and high in protein! The texture is dense but tender... definitely hearty enough to keep you full for a couple hours.⏰ That's why I use protein in all my baked goodies - it turns what would be a "treat" into a more filling snack.😅
