<Spicy Crunchy Rice with Cheese>

▪ INGREDIENTS:
Canned corn 70g, Mozzarella cheese 90g, 1portion Rice, Spicy buldak sauce, 1 fried egg, sesame oil, scallions, buldak flakes

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Put 70g canned corn and 90g mozzarella cheese in a bowl and mix.
2. Put 1portion of rice and spicy buldak sauce in a pan and then mix well. 
3. Spread the buldak rice on the pan evenly and then press it very hard to make crunchy rice. 
4. When the rice becomes crunchy, put corn and cheese mix and fold it into half.
5. Flip the crunchy rice constantly for about 5 more minutes until all the cheese is melted.
6. When the crunchy rice is ready, put 1 fried egg on top. Then put some sesame oil, chopped scallions, and buldak flakes on top to finish the dish.

Buns, 1 Chicken leg, 1 Chicken breast, salt, pepper, 70ml cooking wine, 1pk Buldak sauce, 150g Chicken frying mix, 255ml water, 2 slices cheddar cheese, lettuce, onion, egg, mayonnaise.

▪ DIRECTIONS:
[Fire Chicken]
1.Season the chicken leg and chicken breast with salt, pepper, and 70ml cooking wine.
2. Put 150g chicken frying mix and 255ml water in a bowl and mix.
3. Put the seasoned chicken leg and chicken breast in the batter. Then cover them with chicken frying mix for frying.
4. Fry for 10minutes at 170°C oil.
5. Put 1pk buldak sauce in a bowl and then add fried chickens.

[Burger]
1. Grease the pan with butter and then toast burger buns along with onions and eggs on the side.
2. Put a bun on the plate and spread some mayonnaise on top. Then put lettuce >onion>fried chicken leg>2 slices of cheddar cheese>fried chicken breast>cooked egg.
3. Then put another burger bun on top to finish the dish.

16 sheets Lasagna, 1 cup Mozzarella
Ragu: 700g Ground beef, 1/2 Carrot, 1 Onion, 5 Button mushrooms, 5Tbsp Tomato paste, 600g Whole tomato, Chicken stock (450ml water + Chicken stock 1 cube), 5 Bay leaf, 1/3Cup Red wine, salt, and pepper.
Bechamel sauce: 100g Butter, 150g Flour, 1.5 L Milk, 1Tsp Salt, Pepper.

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Put oil in a pan and sauté 700g ground beef. Then pour a little bit of red wine and stir to add more flavor.
2. Add 1/2 carrot, 1 onion, 5 button mushrooms, and stir. Then add a bay leaf.
3. Then add 5Tbsp tomato paste and 600g whole tomato and stir. Then add chicken stock and cook it on med-low heat for about 10 min. After that season with salt and pepper.
4. Put 100g butter in a pan and 150g of flour to make the roux.
5. Pour 1.5 L of milk and stir it to make the right consistency. Then season with salt and pepper.
6. Prepare oven container and put 4 sheets of lasagna – ragu – bechamel sauce to make 4 layers. Then add mozzarella cheese and put it in the 180°c oven for 30 min to finish the dish.

Seasoning: 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp Plum Extract, 1 Tbsp Corn Syrup, 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, Pepper, 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste
Ingredients: 400g Pork Shoulder, 1 Serving Cooked Rice, 1/2 Sliced Onion, 2 Sliced Garlic, 2 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, 3 Tbsp Sweet Corn

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp plum extract, 1 Tbsp corn syrup, 4 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sesame oil and a bit of pepper to make the seasoning.
Separate 3 Tbsp of seasoning into other bowl and mix it with 1 Tbsp red pepper paste to make rice seasoning.
2. Marinate 400g pork shoulder with the previous seasoning. Mix 1 servings of cooked rice with rice seasoning.
3. Add oil to a heated pan and stir-fry 1/2 of sliced onion and 2 sliced garlic.
When vegetable starts to cook, add bulgogi and stir-fry.
4. Add oil to an earthen pot and stir-fry seasoned rice. Add 1/2 of cooked bulgogi, 2 handfuls of mozzarella cheese and 3 Tbsp of sweet corn. Add the other half of bulgogi and close the lid to let the cheese melt. Heat it for 3 minutes.
When cheese melts, sprinkle some sesame seed on top to finish off.
