Made @spicentice kebab tonight 🤤🤤 nothing makes me want to stick to a plan more than being able to stuff down a kebab and chips guilt free! 😍 Chips were just chopped potatoes (skin on) covered in Fry Light and some seasoning and in the oven for 40mins. 
Used a wholemeal pitta as my HexA and filled it with speedy salad and beautiful @spicentice lamb kebab! I used their shawarma mix and just bunged it in lamb mince, gave it all a nice massage with my hands 😂😂 and shaped it up like a kebab. Cooked on 180 for 90 mins, turning occasionally 🤤🤤
Was all so good I synned an extra pitta because I needed more! Not having a proper syn plate tonight as frankly sick of junk food after my week long binge 🙄🙈 If you want a discount for Spicentice - my lovely friend @steff_slimmingforwedding has a discount with code STEFF20 ❤️

  • hey hey👋🏻 although i haven’t been using my personal instagram account, i missed sharing on this one ☀️ partially why i’ve been deleting this app is because of the constant comparison i make between myself and my own life with others. it’s hard to keep in mind that instagram is just a highlight reel and is not an accurate reflection of peoples’ lives. that’s why i’m unfollowing most of the accounts i follow and starting over as to filter out any accounts that perpetuate that cycle of self-doubt. if anyone has any recommendations for positive, real instagram accounts let me know 🥰🥳 in the meantime, here’s a poke bowl i got in DC over spring break 🌸 with white rice 🍚 mixed greens 🥬 cucumber 🥒 salmon 🐟 scallions, fish roe, edamame, and sriracha aioli 🌶 in an effort to keep things real: when i was ordering, i wanted brown rice because that’s what i’m used to, but they were out :( i was gonna get only mixed greens, but who wants that?? so i got the white rice just to challenge my beliefs 🍚 💪

  • A veryyyyyy typical lunch for me😋 especially when I have a lot of schoolwork to do, I love tossing a bunch of things on a pan and roasting them in the oven for about half an hour! Today I did chickpeas, red and green pepper, broccoli and cauliflower. Then I added this amazing aztec rice blend I found at Bulk Barn and some kimchi on top!

ALSO I’ve found that eating this way has really helped my skin! When my skin is fully clear I’ll definitely make a YouTube video about it, but for now I don’t want to speak too soon🙊 hope you’re having a productive Monday!💓

Je sais bien les #fitfriends, l’heure du déjeuner 🍴 est déjà passée mais j’avais envie de vous motiver à cuisiner sain et gourmand pour ce soir ! Les repas c’est avant tout comme on aime et ce qui importe c’est d’avoir des apports équilibrés sur la journée ! 
Vous avez envie de pancakes avec œuf mollet et avocat 🥑 le soir ? rien ne vous empêche ce plaisir sain et gourmand à condition de choisir des ingrédients de qualité et de ne pas abuser des portions 😉 👩🏻‍🍳Ce qui importe :
1) cuisiner des produits frais riches en saveurs !
2) n’écarter aucun macro de votre alimentation : lipides , glucides et protéines sont essentiels à votre santé et à vos performances sportive si vous êtes fitness addict comme moi 😃
3)eat the rainbow : mangez coloré et faites vous plaisir ! 
Notre cerveau joue un rôle primordial dans notre rapport à l’alimentation et une nourriture fade ne saurait vous rassasier! Mieux encore , on peut manger sain et bon alors pourquoi s’en priver ? Que serait une vie sans plaisir ?😉 Besoin d’un rééquilibrage alimentaire ou d’un suivi nutritionnel ? 🍄🥬Ravi and I cracked it! Spinach & mushroom roll - DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:
100g 🍄 mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 bag spinach
2 sprigs rosemary
100g feta cheese
Ready rolled puff pastry
Olive oil
.
🔪 Finely chop your mushrooms and fry them in crushed garlic, finely chopped rosemary and olive oil for 5 minutes on a high heat. Add you bag of spinach and sauté for another few minutes until wilted. Crumble in the feta cheese and continue to fry for a few more minutes. This is the important part: DRAIN the mixture over a bowl with a sieve and push the liquid out with a spoon. Place inside the ready rolled puff pastry and gently fold over to make a roll. Seal the edges and brush over olive oil. Place in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees, or until golden brown.

✅Make one of these on a Monday and you’ve got lunch for a few days! Will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.

💸This took 10 mins to prepare and Ravi kept himself entertained in his bouncer! Buying the ingredients outright cost about £6 (excluding olive oil) - quick, cheap, easy and importantly NUTRITIOUS.⏳

🤤Or you can just slice into it and devour the green goodness!!!🤤

  • Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread! 🤤 This is another grain-free and refined-sugar free recipe! Enjoy! 💕

Ingredients:
•1 large grated zucchini, squeezed of liquids (about 2 c)
•3 eggs
•2 tbsp melted coconut oil
•1/3 c maple syrup
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1/3 c coconut flour
•1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
•1/2 tsp baking soda
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/2 c (heaping) chocolate chips of choice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare loaf pan by lining with parchment paper. In a blender, combine zucchini, eggs, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Add coconut flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt and mix into the wet batter. Mix in chocolate chips and pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and inside does not jiggle when shaken. Cool completely before eating!
