- Lemon chicken is one of those dishes that seem to have been on Chinese restaurant menus since forever, and that is testament to its widespread appeal. However, its ubiquity meant it was mainly characterised by poorly executed versions with a bright yellow sauce, not enough chicken, too much batter, or all of the above. Fortunately, the Crispy Boneless Lemon Chicken @cantongroup.au avoids all the bad cliches with their modern take, using Japanese chicken karaage as inspiration.
The deep-fried chicken nuggets are light, crispy, and moreish, while the yuzu and citrus sauce is a neat combination that provides a balanced tartness to go along with the muted sweetness, the result being a refined dish that ensures the legacy of the lemon chicken will continue to flourish.

i’ve been having this smoothie for almost every breakie of my hoildays 🤭. it is the best smoothie ive ever made, that even now im having one while I type this, hehe.
ive used beeswax wraps to wrap the remaining ingredients, which is an organic, eco friendly way to wrap food. you can make fun shapes, like a bag for spinach, pouch to store nuts or simply place over a jar @wrappa_reusablefoodwraps #wrapparevolution

- I love my: In Room dining .I as a foodie and a chef have come to believe that a hotels " In Room dining" offerings ,it's flavors and presentation reflect the true foodie nature of a kitchen and the passion it brings in.The room service cuisine is one that has to be thoughtfull yet innovative keeping a zillion things in mind during execution... E.g : Time taken to deliver , the consistency in which the food is dished out , will the guest eat it immediately ,does it require lot of tableware etc . A restaurant plate is bound to look pretty because it's coming off the pass and straight onto the table ,but doing the same with In room dining offerings is a challenge.
