  • Prajitura fara faina, cu ciocolata, branza si gutui caramelizate #denisiasbakery 
Ingrediente pentru blat: 
200 g ciocolata 
120 g unt 
5 oua 
120 g zahar 
30 g cacao 
Ingrediente pentru crema:
300 g crema de branza 
200 ml smantana pentru frisca 
4 linguri zahar pudra 
semintele de la o pastaie de vanilie 
Ingrediente pentru topping: 
1 gutuie 
4 linguri de zahar 
1 lingura de apa 
1 lingurita de unt 
Mod de preparare:
1. Pe baie de abur topiti ciocolata impreuna cu untul. 
2. Bateti cu mixerul albusurile pana se formeaza o spuma, apoi lingura cu lingura adaugati zaharul pana cand se formeaza o spuma alb si lucioasa. 
3. Adaugati galbenusurile, iar cu o spatula incorporati-le prin miscari largi, avand grija sa nu eliminam aerul.
4. Adaugati cacaoa si ciocolata topita. 
5. Turnati compozitia intr-o tava rotunda cu inel detasabil si tapetata in prealabil cu hartie de copt. 
6. Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade Celsius, pentru aprox 30-35 de minute. 
7. Lasati ca blatul sa se raceasca inainte de a indeparta inelul. 
8. Intr-un bol adaugati smantana pentru frisca, branza, semintele de la pastaia de vanilie si zaharul pudra si mixati. 
9. Turnati crema peste blatul racit si puneti la frigider.
10. Intr-o oala puneti cele 4 linguri de zahar si apa si lasati la foc mic pana cand se evapora apa si zaharul incepe sa devin auriu. 
11. Adaugati feliile de gutuie si amestecati totul, lasand sa fiarba pentru aproximativ 4 minute. 
12. Puneti gutuile peste crema. 
13. Pofta buna!

  • When I was in Chicago, we had limited time and could only eat at a few select fooderies.  The slot for deep dish was taken by Lou Malnati’s.  It wasn’t until I returned to California that I started seeing ig posts for a place called @rances_pizza and much to my excitement, there was a location near my office!  So one day while one of my officemates was on the road, we asked him to pick up pizza for lunch.  None of us had tried it before.  We went with one deep dish and one thin crust since we had some people in the office that don’t eat deep dish.  We settled on the “CSP” (strips of grilled chicken breast and spinach tossed together in garlic basil pesto) for the deep dish and the “House Special” (sausage, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms) for the thin crust.  Not sure if I’m realizing I shouldn’t do deep dish pizza because it’s too heavy or if the toppings on the thin crust were just better, but I preferred the thin crust.   • Já cansamos de falar pra vocês o quanto somos fãs do @eatalybr né? A melhor massa clássica bolonhesa é de lá! 🍝Com certeza! Chama: Tagliatelle alla Bolognese (R$48) que tem um toque de manjericão e um molho bolonhesa que é indescritível! Outros pratos da Trattoria, restaurante que fica no 1 piso, que nos agradam demais da conta são: Rigatoni alla Norma com molho de tomate 🍅, berinjela, ricota de búfala e manjericão 🌿 (R$34) é o Risotto ai Gamberi e Calamari (R$62) arroz 🍚 no ponto com camarão 🍤 e lula 🦑! É tudo muito divino! Grazie Itália! I🇮🇹 .

Fast food does have to be bad food! This was made in under 30 minutes! • A good portion of carbohydrates is essential for a balanced diet. • Salmon is a great protein that contains natural oils. • Spinach & cherry tomato are both excellent for vitamin A&C, have a high water content which will help keep your body hydrated.
