When you can't eat very much and your energy levels are low, your body sees your muscles as an energy source and they begin to waste away. Protein Porridge•
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• Hot water
• Optional: fruit on top or stirred through •

• Place oats, protein powder and water in a small saucepan. Heat stirring under the oats become soft. Add more water as required to reach a creamy consistency. Serve with fresh or frozen berries or fresh fruit on top.•

I finally found my favorite pho restaurant thanks to @alyshakomenaka.  It’s PHO KING DELICIOUS.  Pro tip: order the green onion oil saus for da broth and noods.  You know dis place legit when you da only local Asian in dea.  #IYKYK .

Tohle je tak moc jednoduchý recept, že jsem si řekla, že k němu zkusím natočit první amatérské video! 😀🙈 Věřím, že z něj vše pochopíš. Jde jen o to vše smíchat a rozmixovat 👩🏽‍🍳😀
Avokádová pěna je v podstatě zdravá nutella, ale s rozdílem kvalitních a zdravých ingrediencí, poprvé jsem ji dělala v srpnu 2017🍫 a pořad je moje oblíbená! Můžeš si ji dát  samotnou/s ovocem/na lívance/palačinky/do jogurtu..
Tak mi dej vědět jak se ti to líbí! ❤️
PS: omlouvám se za kvalitu videa, nahrávám ho už po čtvrté, ale instagram ji stejně poměrně dost narušil a video ořizl 😟😭

I made some substitutions - @siggisdairy for the butter, @salbachia probiotic chia seed for the eggs, and @chosenfoods avocado oil for the vegetable oil! This was seriously so easy and I made it all in my @ninjakitchen Foodi Oven which takes 60s to preheat. BONE APP THE TEETH! Hopefully the girlies love them as much as I do🙌🏼 #onecrazedfoodie #brownies #kodiakcakes
