  • Pâtes farcies à l'asiatique

Pour 6 personnes il faut :
- un paquet de coquilles à farcir - 10cl de sauce soja sucrée
- 1 pincée de piment d'Espelette
- 4 brins de ciboule
- 1 pincée de gingembre moulu
- 10g de jus de citron - 2 càs de sauce teriyaki - 300g de poisson blanc
- un peu d'huile d'olive
- 1 poivron rouge
- 3 carottes
- 1 oignon

Mélanger ensemble la sauce soja, le piment, le gingembre, le jus de citron et la sauce teriyaki.
Laisser mariner le poisson dans ce mélange pendant 1 heure minimum au frais.
Peler et émincer finement l'oignon. Réserver.
Peler et couper finement les carottes. Réserver.
Peler, épépiner et couper finement le poivron. Réserver.
Laver et ciseler la ciboule. Réserver.
Dans une casserole huilée faire revenir l'oignon, les carottes, le poivron et la ciboule.
Pendant ce temps faire cuire les pâtes à farcir dans une casserole d'eau salée.
Une fois les pâtes cuites, les égoutter.
Verser la moitié de marinade dans les légumes. Mélanger.
Farcir les pâtes de légumes.
Faire cuire le poisson avec sa marinade dans un plat allant au micro onde, enveloppé de papier film alimentaire.
Dresser les assiettes avec les pâtes farcies et le poisson. Parsemer de ciboule avant de servir. Servir aussitôt.

PER IMBURRARE E SPOLVERIZZARE GLI STAMPINI⁠

PER SPOLVERIZZARE IL TORTINO⁠
Zucchero a velo_ q.b.⁠

Trita grossolanamente il #cioccolato e versalo in una bastardella per la cottura a bagnomaria e poggiala su una pentola piena di acqua. Accendi il fuoco e mescola con una marisa per farlo sciogliere. Una volta sciolto aggiungi il burro e continua a mescolare per far sciogliere. Tieni da parte.⁠

In una ciotola versa uova e tuorlo, zucchero e sbatti con le fruste elettriche fino a ottenere un composto chiaro e spumoso. Versa il cioccolato fuso e sbatti ancora per amalgamare. Setaccia poi direttamente nella ciotola la farina e il cacao e mescola con una marisa per incorporare.⁠

Imburra e spolverizza con zucchero di canna degli stampini di alluminio di diametro 8cm. Versa all'interno il composto riempiendo i 2/3 e cuoci in forno statico a 180° per 13-15 minuti.⁠

Terminata la cottura, sfornali subito. Ribalta il #tortino di cioccolato con #cuore #fondente su un piatto. Spolverizza con zucchero a velo e servi!⁠

Great selection of desserts including some crazy freak shakes... all of which are VERY instagrammable 🤣 this cost me around £8-9 & comes served with a scoop of ice cream of your choice ~ very filling though so I’d advise sharing!
