Brownie de frijoles negrosss 🔥😮
Primero licuar ▪️2 tazas de frijoles negros hasta formar una crema. Luego, colocar en un bowl ▪️1 taza de leche de almendras caliente e ir agregando la crema de frijoles negros con, ▪️1 taza de polvo de cacao, ▪️1/2 taza de harina integral, ▪️1/8 taza de aceite de coco, ▪️1/8 taza de mantequilla de maní, ▪️1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla, ▪️una pizca de sal,▪️1/2 taza de panela y ▪️stevia líquida al gusto. Integrar todo hasta que no queden grumos. Después, engrasar un molde rectangular con aceite de coco y echar la mezcla sobre este. Finalmente, picar nueves, espolvorearlas y llevar todo al horno a 180 grados por 40 minutos😍

Beautifully written and photographed, the book demystifies Japanese ingredients and techniques, as well as recipes where Japanese ingredients are incorporated into Western-style dishes.
The first recipe I made from the book was this beef, udon noodle and broccoli stir-fry. Quick, easy and packed with umami flavour, this one is destined to become a regular at Cooksister HQ! - Crispy Kale, Roasted Cherry Tomato’s, Humus, Pickled Green Olives, Roasted Moroccan Almonds, Sea salt Peanut & Cashews, Triple cooked Potato slices.
- Thank you to @niks_spean who inspired me to marinade my chicken (like the yummy kebabs she makes) realising I have no skewers or veg to add with them 🤦♀️😂 .
I marinaded them overnight and popped them in the oven for 15 mins at 180 fan. I also added in some Chilli Belly Pork and made a large salad 😋
My eyes are clearly bigger than my huge belly as only managed half my plate 🤷♀️🤰
- As it has been a very busy week for us, we decided to enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening @champneysspas.
We opted for their evening spa deal which was really worth your while and money. 4 hours of full use of their facilities including gym, pools ( indoor and outdoor), saunas and jacuzzi.
We used their gym, then had our 3-course meal which include:
🌸radicchio and endive salad
🌻baked salmon 🌺baked apple- which was stuffed with coconut and vanilla rice pudding
Their food were ok but healthy!
Oh well, what can you expect with spa food eh?!? Although, I found the baked apple somewhat interesting, i still enjoyed it!
Look at their restaurant #interior, it just looks natural and refreshing! Don't you think?☀️ Then we enjoyed their sauna,indoor and outdoor pool.
I should say, I have been to spa and resorts all over the world, but I didn't expect to have this #spa just around the corner.
Surely #champneysspa is the original health spa.
I am very impressed! And I will definitely come back😉👌👍 #spa
- When I’m struggling to stay on track with my nutrition I’ve really learned to lean into my accountability group.
This month we are focusing on nutrition first, fitness second. What you eat accounts for 80% of our results and I know it’s frustrating to be working out so hard and not seeing the changes happening.
So we are stepping up our game and we are going to have our strongest month yet! We are going to kick some bad habits and try some new healthy recipes and feel so good this summer!

Potrebno za 2 osobe:
✅ 2 ljubičasta luka
✅ 1 pakovanje integralnih #barillaspaghetti ✅ 1 #barillaarabiata sos
✅začini po želji ➡️Luk dinstati na vodi i dodati junetinu koju smo prethodno isekli na kockice ,malo bibera,sasvim malo soli,začin bez aditiva,peršun i origano, pa poklopiti uz povremeno dolevanje vode( pp ). Ostaviti da se krčka na srednje jakoj temperaturi 20min,dok meso ne omekša.
Zatim dodati #arabiatasos u izdinstano meso
i ostaviti još 10min na laganoj temperaturi.
Pp možete dodati i malo domaćeg sos paradajza,zavisno od tog kakav ukus volite. ➡️ U drugoj posudi obariti špagete, te ih servirati u tanjir i preliti junetinom i sosom. 🔴Ja testo slabo jedem,pa stavim 100g špageta, a junetine i sosa više oko 200g,sve je individualno i zavisi kako od pojedinca tako i od njegovog dnevnog kalorijskog unosa i jačine treninga.
