Ingredientes:
1 xícara de queijo parmesão ralado
1 xícara de iogurte natural 
1 ovo
2 xícaras de polvilho doce
2 colheres de sopa de óleo de girassol
Sal e temperos à gosto (usei ervas de provence)
Modo de preparo: 
Misture todos os ingredientes até obter uma massa homogênea. Coloque em uma forma de cupcake bem pequena, de preferência as “minis”. É importante que seja uma forma pequena para a massa não ficar muito densa. Pré aqueça o forno à 180°C e deixe por 30-35 minutos. Depois é só retirar os pães de queijo e apreciar.😋

In a blender, combine banana, quick oatmeal and plant milk, blend until the mixture is smooth.

Je les aime tellement ces cookies ultra healthy, facile et rapide à préparer !!! Ça vous prendra juste 5 petites minutes pour les réaliser avant de les enfourner et les déguster 😋

I N G R E D I E N T S.
• 200g flocons d’avoine 🌾 • 4 bananes 🍌 • 100g de chocolat noir 🍫 (j’ai pris la marque équitable bio).
• Beurre de cacahouète bio (autant que souhaité). P R E P A R A T I O N.
Éplucher et écraser les bananes, aouter les flocons d’avoine à la préparation et mélanger. Former des pépites de chocolats avec la tablette de chocolat 🍫, former des petites boules de pâte dans la main (la taille souhaitée) puis faire un creux avec le pousse et y introduire 1 cac de beurre de cacahouète et bien réformer la boule. Déposer les pépites de chocolat dessus chaque boule puis les placer sur une plaque de cuisson. Enfourner 20 à 30 mn à 170degrés. Attendre 15 mn avant de les déguster. •
