A recent study has found that sretching for just 10 minutes a day could help ease symptoms of menopause and Yoga can help with the vast majority of menopause symptoms if practiced regularly. That's why we  love yoga!

Kurz vor dem ersten Advent, am 30.11. von 13.30-18.00 Uhr,  möchten wir die Zeit nutzen und gemeinsam mit euch das Jahr 2019 feiern, anerkennen und verabschieden und uns auf das neue Jahr 2020 ausrichten.

Im 1. Teil des Workshop betrachten wir noch einmal die vergangenen Monate, feiern Erfolge, erkennen uns an und lassen los, was uns nicht mehr dient.
Im 2. Teil richten wir unseren Blick nach Vorne und verbinden uns mit unserer Vision für die anstehenden Monaten.

So freaking happy that @primal.swoledier and I got to spend some time on the beach while in Cali! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

It’s by far one of the things I miss most about growing up in Miami 🌴🌴
.
I’ve been practicing this flow for about 2 weeks, and kept having a hard time smoothing out the transitions since I didn’t have the right floor to practice on (turf & rubber) - so when I busted out my moves on the sand, all the hard work had paid off, and BOOM 💥 I landed the combo!
.
All of these movements are from @animalflowofficial Level 2! So some of these moves are pretty new to my arsenal 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
