I couple these two at the end of every ab session because of how effective they are. The side bends help shape your abs, while the ab wheel exercise helps stretch them. I believe that incorporating these at the end of your session can improve your core strength and bring out an appealing tone.

1. Dumbbell Side Bends: 3x20 for each side w/ 50lbs 
2. Ab Wheel: 3x10 (or until failure)
