  • As I’ve learnt more and more about nutrition in regards to body composition, seams to be that we should be getting away from labeling foods as healthy and unhealthy.

Changing your body image is more about the balancing of how much we eat vs how much we burn. Not what we eat.

I’m not saying what you eat isn’t important, what you eat will determine your energy levels, how you feel, your bodies efficiency and your performance. So it is very important but it is a personal preference and I would recommend foods that would make it easier for you to adhere to your diet.

So next time you get that feeling of “oh Nah I’m not having that it’s unhealthy”. .
Think again..... all foods have numbers on the nutritional panel, wether it’s a sandwich or a chocolate bar.

The difference here is the balance of micronutrients and the level of satiety. So there is room for foods like chocolate in your day to day regime as long as you are allowing for it calorically. .
The big factor when coming to dieting is adherence!! Can you stick to what your eating for a decent amount of time?

This will be the topic of Ep. 3 and it’s an important one!!

  • These cookies only have 6 ingredients, and if we are counting by twos, they only have 3!! So for all you minimalists out there, I got you 🙂 I hope you love them!
PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES:
💞 2 eggs
💞 1/3 cup peanut butter
💞 1 1/2 cups almond flour 💞 1/3 cup coconut sugar 💞 1/3 dark chocolate chips 💞 1 tsp baking powder and baking soda

Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking dish. Mix your wet ingredients together and then add your dry. If the batter is too wet add more almond flour. Place dough in the fridge for a couple hours, then bake cookies for 10-12 minutes!

  • Organizing my camera roll and reminiscing back to 4 weeks ago when I was newly tonsil-less and meal prepping mac & cheese 🤪

I’m finally feeling 100% better from my tonsils removal but the change in weather is driving me nuts 🤒 my body has been very fatigued from allergies & I’ve been drinking a lotttt of tea. Not sick, just feeling sloooooow but sleeping & hydrating and excited for a wine night tonight 🍷

Deets - literally kraft mac and cheese which was not as good as I remembered it being as a kid, but ate these noodz a lot during my recovery 🥴

    Organizing my camera roll and reminiscing back to 4 weeks ago when I was newly tonsil-less and meal prepping mac & cheese 🤪
